As human beings, we are *almost* never satisfied with what we have. We may feel that weโre not good enough no matter what we accomplish๐ซ Or we feel too attached to something we love๐คฉ ๐๐ ๐ง๐จ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐, ๐๐ญ๐ญ๐๐๐ก๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ, ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฒ are afflictive emotions we face daily. These named emotions may potentially lead us to breach the 5 precepts, such as taking what is not ours (stealing).
Ever wonder how to overcome these emotions or how to act according to the Buddhism teaching? Come and join us to get more insight on this topic! The session will be held on Tuesday, 8 February 2022, 7-9 PM at YIH Training Room 4!

How many times have we been thankful this year? Seems tough to answer, isn't it... Letโs alter this question. How often do you feel like you are not as good, wealthy, or pretty as other people?
Thatโs okay, we fully understand that humans are never satisfied. Hence, we wanted to dedicate this session for you to spend a little time to reflect on things you are grateful for! Letโs spend this Tuesday appreciating ourselves a little, should we?๐
One jar of gratitude thatโs all it takes to live a happier lifeโจ

Hello Dharma friends,
For the next few guest speaker sessions starting from this Tuesday, do note that there are some guidelines we should follow. Please sit and dress appropriately as it is very important to show respect to the speakers and the Buddha statue.
And what we meant by dressing appropriately means:

- No revealing clothes
And for sitting appropriately:
- No pointing your feet towards the Buddha statue and the speakers
Thanks for reading and see you tmr! :))
