✨Rewriting Your Inner Script: A Journey with Metta❤️✨

In the fast-paced environment of university life, where competition often defines success—whether through bell curves, grades, or the race for internships—it’s easy to feel consumed by striving and comparison.

Come sip on bubble tea🧋 and explore how we can navigate these pressures mindfully, balancing ambition with the principles of Dharma. How can we pursue excellence without attachment? How can we cultivate compassion and equanimity in a setting that often pits us against our peers?

By reflecting on the Path, we’ll consider practical ways to reduce craving and suffering while finding deeper meaning and fulfillment in our daily pursuits.

The session will be held on Tuesday, 8th April | 7.15-9pm. Do indicate your preference of drink in this form.🧋🧋🫧

Finals season reminder: The lotus blooms not in spite of the mud—but because of it.✨💪

As you face the challenges ahead, remember that struggle is not a sign of weakness—it’s part of the growth.

To all students, may this season be not just about grades, but about resilience, mindfulness, and compassion.

We’re also honoured to share a special message from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, reminding us that true education nurtures both the mind and the heart. Let his words be a guiding light as you move forward—step by step, breath by breath.

You've trained your mind—now trust it. You’ve got this.

With Metta,
Your NUSBS fam
