Join us for a meditation night grounded in the Buddha’s teachings—where we explore not just how to calm the mind, but why he taught meditation as a path to deep clarity and freedom.
We’ll unpack key teachings from the Satipatthana Sutta, try out Anapanasati (mindfulness of breathing), and share simple tools to help you stay centered—not just during meditation, but through the exam stress too.
