Rôle :
Gérer et développer la politique RH alignée avec la stratégie d'#AMIFA. Veiller à la bonne application des dispositifs opérationnels et réglementaires. Assurer le suivi budgétaire de la fonction #RH et la supervision des équipes. Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance RH et assurer le dialogue social.

Formation et expérience :
Bac +4/5
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire

✅ Your Responsibilities:
❖ Maintain and develop strong relationships with donors.
❖ Coordinate and submit narrative and financial reports to donors on time.
❖ Supervise activities and reporting for the Lydia® call center.
❖ Propose and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of field operations and markets.
❖ Contribute to fundraising efforts and the drafting of concept notes and project proposals.
❖ Participate in the strategic development of medical products and ensure monitoring of the medical, legal, and commercial environment.
❖ Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team, including program officers, monitoring and evaluation officers, and CRM staff.

👤 Profile Required: 🎓 Bachelor’s or #Master’s degree in program management, communications, or a related field.
❖ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an NGO or international organization.
❖ Proven experience in managing donor relationships and preparing narrative and financial reports.
❖ Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and coordinate complex projects.
❖ Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken (interviews will be conducted in English and French).

🎁 What We Offer:
❖ 📄 Permanent Contract (CDI).
❖ 💰 Attractive salary package with annual performance-based bonus.
❖ 🏥 Health insurance covering 90%.
❖ 🌐 Regular travel within the region (approximately 20% of working time).
