🎯 Vos responsabilités :
- Assurer la promotion des produits DKT auprès des professionnels de santé.
- Planifier et organiser des visites médicales hebdomadaires.
- Présenter des arguments convaincants pour la promotion des produits.
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de plans d’action pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Suivre et reporter les actions commerciales régulièrement.

👤 Profil recherché :
- 🎓 Niveau Bac+2 en sciences ou équivalent.
- Expérience préalable en visite médicale ou en vente (souhaitée).
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à atteindre les objectifs fixés.

The position can be based in Dakar, Abidjan, or Douala, with regular travel across the region. ✅ Your Responsibilities:
❖ Maintain and develop strong relationships with donors.
❖ Coordinate and submit narrative and financial reports to donors on time.
❖ Supervise activities and reporting for the Lydia® call center.
❖ Propose and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses of field operations and markets.
❖ Contribute to fundraising efforts and the drafting of concept notes and project proposals.
❖ Participate in the strategic development of medical products and ensure monitoring of the medical, legal, and commercial environment.
❖ Lead and collaborate with a dedicated team, including program officers, monitoring and evaluation officers, and CRM staff.

👤 Profile Required: 🎓 Bachelor’s or #Master’s degree in program management, communications, or a related field.
❖ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within an NGO or international organization.
❖ Proven experience in managing donor relationships and preparing narrative and financial reports.
❖ Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and coordinate complex projects.
❖ Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken (interviews will be conducted in English and French).
