As of September 3 1:00 PM UTC, the Genesis Account is locked. For the duration of the lockup period, all insider token sales are restricted to OTC transactions with OAPA only.
What that means:
→ No insider tokens on the open market during the lockup period
→ OTC to OAPA only, at full two-week trailing market price
→ KPIs in motion: 1,000 Deimos-II deployments + liquidity obligations
