📢 Proposal A15: Optimizing Revenue Distribution

Co-Harvest, introduced as an alternative reward mechanism, now has fewer than five users per epoch and mainly benefits automated strategies over real participants.

To address this, we propose phasing it out and reallocating rewards to to increase staking incentives to 50% of protocol revenue (up from 45%).
