Functional Area: Operation

Over all responsibility of Quality Function, System, Process, Implementation and Continual improvement
To Achieve the Quality Target in SMT, PSMT, Assy. Line claim & warranty
Conduct monthly meeting with Manangement member & Concerned HOD's
Control of Non-Conforming Product.
To attend & do analysis of daily Customer Line rejection.
Initiating, Implemnetation and verifying effectiveness of coorective actions.
Ensure corrective/ Preventive actions taken effectively and Its timely implementation.
Responsible for incoming rejection & supplier performance monitoring.
Responsible for customer complaint/ warranty rejections and organising meeting with the customer for major issue.
Control of Non-Conforming Product (sullpier/in-house/customer)
Responsible for Customer Audit & Internal Audits
To ensure Customer Specific Requirements
ISO/IATF-QMS systemes ducumentation, Master list of Documents, Vehicle testing
Uploading the Drawing on MSIL enovia
Knoweldge of Quality Tools, SPC, 7QC tools, PPAP, PFMEA-VDA, MSA,Why-why
