Friends! This is an important announcement for all international graduates without exception.
Your big day – the graduation ceremony – is coming soon! 🎉 For your family and friends to be able to enter the university, each of you must follow one mandatory rule. It applies to all international citizens, regardless of your country, faculty, or year of study.

Why is this required?
This is a university-wide regulation (a new official order). Without completing these steps, not a single international guest will be allowed onto the campus – security works strictly according to the approved lists.

What EVERY international student must do:
1. Deadline ⏰
Send your email no later than 7 days before the ceremony. This is a strict deadline for everyone – if you miss it, we simply won't have time to register your guests in the system.
2. What to include in the email 📧
Please provide the following information:
— Your full name and contact phone number.
— The full name of each guest you are inviting.
— A clear photo or scan of the passport (the page with the photo) of each accompanying person.
Without this data, we cannot issue a pass – this is a universal requirement for all international students.
3. Who to send it to? ✉️
Find your curator according to your Higher School (your field of study) and send the email to them:
Not sure which Higher School you belong to? Just ask your class representative or check your group chat – your classmates will help! 👥

Dear students! We remind you to renew and extend your medical insurance every year!
❗️Medical insurance is a mandatory requirement of all Russian universities.
Medical insurance policy should include:
🔺life insurance
🔺health
🔺insurance
🔺repatriation of remains.
Here is the list of companies which you may choose to buy an insurance.
📄To apply for a policy, you need:
- passport
- translation of your passport
- valid registration
If you do not have insurance, you will bear all the medical costs yourself! This is much more expensive than buying insurance once a year.
Costs:
🔽 Medical insurance: 10000-15000 rubles per year
🔽 Medical examination - 4900 rubles annually

Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University hosted a delegation from Hassan II University (Casablanca) led by Professor Mustapha Lkhider. The only Moroccan university in the Shanghai ARWU ranking, it's a key partner within the Russian-African Network University (RAFU) coordinated by SPbPU.
🔹 Delegation included deans and directors of leading engineering schools
🔹 Partners agreed on mutual access to e-library resources
🔹 Visited VR Center, Graduate School of Technological Entrepreneurship, and Institute of Energy
📌 Next steps: online talks in economics, IT, biotech, architecture.
🚀 Forward together!

🧡 On June 20, @tutorforcespoly took international students on a trip to Kronstadt!
They visited the "300 Years of Kronstadt" monument, made wishes at the Wishing Tree, explored one of Russia's oldest maritime libraries, and played a true/false game near St. Nicholas Naval Cathedral. The day ended at a scenic pier with views of real ships.
The international students were truly fascinated by Russian history and architecture. Huge thanks to our tutors for an unforgettable day! 📷
