One Case Every Day for 200 Days in a Row!

These cases are special because I handpicked them during reporting. After prioritizing time with my family, I had little time to create new spotter sets. I wanted to share all the interesting cases I encounter in practice but couldn’t find time to compile them. Using complex multistep automations and AI, I made the process frictionless. It wasn’t easy—AI is not perfect, and mastering prompts took a lot of effort with multiple reiterations, errors, and improvements. Case of the Day is the result of that hard work, and I’m proud to have built something like this so the teaching can continue. Feedback from users has been great, and I will continue to build on this.

Members can access all 200 cases here: https://radiogyan.com/category/case-of-the-day/

As many of you know, most things I build come from problems I faced myself. This one is no different.

I've been building it for a long time, and it's finally ready: the RadioGyan MCQ app.

While preparing for the Canadian Radiology Board exams, I noticed that most question banks only tested you once and then moved on. The content wasn’t updated, and the technology wasn’t either. If you got a question wrong, you’d read the answer, and a week later, it would be gone. I wanted something that would stick with me for exam day.

So the app is built on two of the best-supported findings in learning research. Retrieval practice: testing yourself beats rereading. Spaced repetition: reviewing right before you'd forget something locks it in. Questions you miss come back soon. Questions you know wait longer. After each one you rate how well you remembered it, and the app plans your next review.

What you get:
• 7,000+ radiology MCQs, each checked against current published literature
• An explanation for every option, including why each wrong answer is wrong, so a reworded version doesn't trip you up
• One key teaching point per question, which you can save as a flashcard
• Wrong answers saved automatically for review
• Add your exam date and reviews ramp up as it gets closer
• Choose your topics and study for five minutes or fifty
• Keyboard and numpad shortcuts that get you through questions fast
• Advanced AI checker rechecks your content with the latest research papers to clarify doubts and provide the most up-to-date answer.

It has gone through many rounds of rebuilding and testing to get here. I don't put anything out until I'm happy with the quality, and I keep improving it after launch. Tell me what works and what doesn't, and it will get better.

There's introductory pricing for launch. Sign up before 31 October and you keep that price for as long as you stay subscribed.

I’m truly overwhelmed by the response in the last 12 hours.

It’s rare for people to take the time to leave a review after a positive experience, and it means a lot to me.

I’ve been doing this for over nine years, and every genuine piece of feedback, whether positive or negative, makes my day.
