I am an 80’s Kid, Born in a rustic rural town with nil electricity coverage and had access to only one Black & White TV Channel, #Doordarshan. I am not sure how many of you have experienced that, but I am sure you all have also seen various struggles in your life.
Coming to today’s topic, I had a pretty bad childhood where we had no access to any of the modern-day facilities and conveniences which we enjoy today.

There was a point when I decided to drop my education and take up a job because I wanted to quickly make money, support my family and get out of poverty.

Now this bad childhood & Teenage #experience (bad experience) started to negatively impact my adulthood. I started making hasty #decisions in my career because I wanted to escape that situation and the poverty around me. I wanted to get onto the Job Treadmill soon enough.

That’s when I wrote this quote for myself: Our Experiences of Today shape our decisions of tomorrow; our Decisions define our #life."

2007, May 19th: 3 Remarkable #events happened in my #Life which confused me: Whether I should cry at my fate and destiny or should I celebrate.

- 3:30 PM: My #Father had a massive Heart Attack, and he fell at a railway Station (his wallet and mobile phone were stolen within minutes) in a distant town 2600 Km away from where I was; he was taken to a government hospital where there we no beds even; he was admitted to a floor with no family Members around.

- 9 PM: I took the first flight of my life to save him. I had no clue how to book a ticket also. This was the Pre-Internet era, and I was still a student.

- 10 PM: The First Client of Biotecnika Paid Rs 600/- to advertise on our website, and it was a validation of 8 months of our hard work

For a first-generation entrepreneur, First Client who pay are special; those moments must be celebrated. First Flights are special, and you want to enjoy them the most because it's your first airplane experience which you had dreamed of from your childhood as a Middle-

Yet many among us do not give in and fight back. But in the absence of a #Mentor somewhere, we are scared, afraid that if we do not listen to our elders, we will end up screwing up our lives.

Well, this happened to me: Growing up, I had big dreams of one day becoming an Astronaut just like Kalpana Chawla, but then Reality Hit us hard.

We chose #Biology, We chose #Medicine, We chose #Life #Sciences, and then we were told there was a Limitation now and we could never grow. I was told by my senior that “you have to accept the fact that you can only ever get a fixed #job as per the degree we did.”

I didn’t accept it. I want you also not to #accept it.

May 2001: I made the first Roti / Chapati when I had passed my 10+2 and started living in a rented room in Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi, to prepare for an #entrance #exam. The #Struggle was not to prepare for the exam but to #survive independently without any assistance from any adult. #Cooking was the biggest challenge in those days for me.

There was no #Youtube then, and all I knew was to dial my Mom or Dad and ask for the recipe, and they will guide me over the #Phone.

I am sure most of you are pros in cooking, but here is a thing you all must have observed. It takes hours to cook food, while it takes minutes to destruct/consume it.
