The #Pandemic #lockdown era was a life-changing era for most of us. It was the phase of self-discovery, self-realization, and self-awareness. When you couldnβt go anywhere outside, it was a brilliant opportunity to go inside our minds and self-explore.
I discovered something brilliant during those days; here we go.
Since most of Our Team members were free, we set out to create something useful for our students.
In the next day's meeting, I addressed the team: Gentlemen and Ladies, We have to create something better than the best book ever written in our subject and the best notes ever designed.
Fourteen of our #experts huddled to ideate, and finally, we found a unique way to create it. But then we realized it was too difficult to create. The Entire team was in the #valley of #disappointment.
It is so hard to make Shekhar Sir, Said one of my Expert Teachers.
Even I was overwhelmed by the idea's sheer audacity and the required #efforts.
And thats when I changed their #perspective: It's so hard, and that

Not every phase of life comes with immediate answers. Sometimes, the confusion or lack of clarity you feel right now is simply a sign that your current framework is being stretched. You are outgrowing your present situation to make room for a much larger picture. π§©β¨
When you can't piece the puzzle together, focus on growing through the uncertainty. You are being prepared for something bigger. Keep moving forward! ππͺ
