Good morning! Remember to #prioritize your own long-term #goals and make #investments in yourself, despite the pressure to focus on short-term profits. You are valuable and deserving of a fulfilling #future. Stay strong and stay true to your #aspirations.
Good morning! As you start your day, remember that the #future holds infinite possibilities and is not yet formed, giving you the #power to shape it through your thoughts and actions. And while the past cannot be changed, it still holds beauty in the #lessons learned and memories cherished. But the present is where you can make the most impact, so embrace each moment and make the most of every #opportunity. Have a wonderful day ahead!

They meet me online, Share their stories and share the role played By Biotecnika in their life.
Why am I telling you their Story?
Because the person reading this post is going to be the Future Speaker at one of the conferences that Biotecnika will conduct in 2040. And That’s You. Yes, You. You read it right!
You are the hope and #future of our #Research world, I agree that today you are also passing through the valley of Disappointment, But You don't have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step towards your #career. You can, you should, and if you’re brave enough to start, you will make a huge difference in this world.
Tell yourself: Today, I will do what others won't, so tomorrow, I can do what others can't. Take small steps toward your goals; A small step or deed is better than the greatest intention.
This is one of the reasons which motivates me daily to write a long post to motivate you. Because i very clearly know that Today’s Subscriber is Tomorrow’s Scientist. But every child needs a lot of hand-holding, support system, nurturing, motivation, and Guidance. Only then, one day, they become the Abdul Kalaam of this Country. My aim and Biotecnika-Rasayanika's aim is to ensure that the Next Abdul Kalaam of this Country must not struggle to succeed.
Remember: Whenever you are in The Valley of Disappointment, Never return. You may be just 3 feet away from Gold.
Whenever you see a successful person, Remember that someone once made a courageous decision to guide, nurture, and support them.
Biotecnika and Rasayanika are your support system, and you will have to support us back by becoming working towards your goals. Do not give up.
And yes, I would like to invite you as a Speaker at the International Conference which we will conduct in 2040. Do accept my invitation.
Cheers to your Success, Oh yes, Yay, it's Friday. See you tomorrow at our Scientific Writing Workshop, where Dr. Aniket and Dr. Urmila are speakers.

A new streak of energy had just hit us. Yes, we had all the power and ability to redo because we had “us”.
Within 7 days, we were back up and running. And there has been no looking back
Fast forward to today: I want to tell you that whenever in life you feel that you have lost everything and there is no way to get back what you lost. Remember that you have to count on what you still have and what you can do from the existing resources.
When Covid hit us, We had to Shut down Physical Classroom centers in 5 Cities and switch to online. This lesson helped us there as well.
So today, as you start your day, Remember it's not “The End” unless you say so. You have to bank upon:
- your #abilities,
- your #capacities,
- your #potential, and
- your #talent and
- Utilize the limited #resources to create unlimited #future #potential for yourself.
- All you have to do is “figure it out.”
Whenever you feel challenged, Go in with a winner's #Mindset and come out with a #Victory. Even if you #fail, remember no one can take away your learnings, your experiences, and your ability to launch yourself back onto the path of Victory.
Be a Ballistic #Missile, Fly low, under the radar, but when you hit the target, The whole world will come to take notice.
Remember, Today’s overwhelming situation is just here to increase your mental capacity. Embrace it and expand your range of Strike.
Have a Wowsome Wednesday. Happy Ugadi & Happy Gudi Padwa
