You don't need an elaborate conspiracy theory about the Deep State or foreign governments to explain why leftists hate conservatives or act on this hatred in violent and destructive ways.
A leftist's sense of connection to the world comes from their insecure attachment to their peers, which serves as a crude facsimile to the in-group preference innate to securely attached, family-oriented people.
Insecure attachments are fragile and can be easily destroyed by competing attachments or shifts in the criteria or circumstances which define existing insecure attachments.
As a result, leftists are constantly virtue signaling and perpetually on guard against anything that could be interpreted as such a threat, including strong families, monogamous relationships, Christianity, homeschooling, financial independence, "heteronormativity", traditional gender roles, economic mobility, physical fitness -- basically anything that makes people less dependent on peers or peer approval.
In other words, they are spiteful mutants whose hatred for us sustains itself on peer-oriented groupthink, leading to self-reinforcing feedback loops of ever-increasing hatred for normality.
The primary vehicle for this groupthink isn't foreign governments or Israeli pharmaceutical companies that sell "gender affirming" hormone therapy drugs. The influence of such entities may sometimes fan the flames of leftist resentment and hostility, but it isn't ubiquitous enough to explain the prevalence of what we think of as "leftist ideology", which is really just an ex post facto rationalization for their visceral hatred of normality.
Instead, their groupthink spreads and reproduces itself in places where peer-oriented social circles form and flourish: public schools, universities, social media -- basically anywhere you find kids growing up without parental involvement.
The work of people like Robin D'Angelo and Noel Ignatiev may give form to this peer-oriented animus against normality, as does the mainstream media, but their influence is a lagging indicator rather than a leading one. People are only susceptible to it in the first place because they are already hostile to normality due to an underlying peer-orientation.
TLDR: Gay race communists are intrinsically motivated to hate and attack us because it reinforces their sense of connection to each other. The idea that they're only like this because of shadowy foreign governments is ridiculous.
Tyler Robinson's first act after killing Charlie Kirk wasn't to call Mossad and say "mission complete"; it was to text his furry boyfriend to brag about it.
