A late announcement and an important one. The recent proposal for upgrading to Darien Gap is Passed. The upgrade is scheduled at 0900UTC, 7th Feb 2020.

Proposal #6 has been created to revert the malicious changes found in the DarienGap upgrade

This should be considered an emergency rollback; and is scheduled for 1630UTC today; voting period has been reduced to 6 hours, so please go and vote now!

Shoutout to BlockscapeLab who identified the malicious changes in the PR. These changes will be reverted in the emergency upgrade.

Andes upgrade release (v0.5.4) is now ready.

As mentioned, this upgrade will revert all the malicious changes happened with Darien Gap upgrade. The related code can be found here: https://github.com/regen-network/regen-ledger/pull/98/files

The VotiingPeriod for the proposal #6 (Andes upgrade) is still active and the voting ends at 15:43UTC (i.e., in 3 hours 15mins). Cast your vote before the voting period ends.

The algradigion-1 incentivised testnet will officially end on 12th February at 1200UTC. Please feel free to keep the network live if you desire - it is always useful for a ongoing testnet to be present to aid development and onboarding new validators - but the first block after 1200UTC on Wednesday 12th Feb will be the last one considered when determining points awarded for the current testnet, and uptime after this point will not be considered.
