We used pandan juice to make the cake and fill it with shredded coconut flavoured and sweetened with gula melaka. Also made a gula melaka butter cream to frost the cake. Soft, moist, packed with flavour. So delicious!

Participants brought home their hand made cake and shared on the following day:
"I enjoyed the class . Today the cake tastes even better, the fragrance of the shredded coconut n gula melaka is stronger today. The sweetness just nice. I will try making the cake." ~ M.H.

Catching up on past classes pics- Travel Cakes & Cookies class. That lovely afternoon, we made Orange Pound Cake, Walnut Praline cake with Chocolate and Seed filled Biscotti.
Participants brought home their hand made goodies and shared on the following day:
" The cakes are delicious!
The orange pound cake was really flavourful and moist and balanced well with the almonds!
For the chocolate praline cake, it is my first time caramelising walnuts and including them inside the cake. The chocolate glazing held well and cakes are truly portable! And live up to name as travel cake!
I plan to make them to bring for picnics... " ~SH
