With its adoption, Tajikistan defined its independent path of state-building and created new opportunities for strengthening the legal, political and social foundations of the state.
Over the years of state independence, constitutional values have become an integral part of the country’s political and public life, playing an important role in strengthening national unity, safeguarding stability and peace, and advancing comprehensive reforms.
I am confident that the glorious people of Tajikistan, demonstrating respect for the Constitution and honouring state independence, will continue to make a worthy contribution to strengthening national statehood, improving our Homeland and developing independent Tajikistan.
Once again, extending my sincere congratulations to our dear compatriots and fellow countrymen living abroad on the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, I wish every family in the country good health, prosperity and happiness, and our beloved Homeland lasting peace and stability.

On 6 November, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, participated in and delivered a speech at the meeting of the “Aqaba Process” on security issues related to artificial intelligence, held in Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan.
The President of our country, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, noted that unprecedented technological progress opens up vast opportunities for the development of various sectors, including the socio-economic sector, science, education, and the improvement of the public administration system.
