Manual balance unlocking was scheduled to start yesterday, Monday 18th.

Please accept our apologies as we couldn't kick-start it. Our team is in the process of finding a viable method through various and rigorous analytics we have engaged in since this problem to provide automatic unlocking for some of the coins to reduce the work load and the overall time the process would take, while we will manually unlock other coins on per user basis. This has further delayed the start of this process by 48 hrs and on Wed, 20th Oct, we should start the process.

Also you are NEVER required to send any coins to any address to get your balances unlocked

Reason:
Account closure due to inactivity with only airdrops"

This means your account never had any deposits, and was only credited an airdrop from SatoExchange. Due to inactivity the account was automatically closed. Usually it would be fine if you just create a new account to start using the exchange. If you have further issues you would have to use the support desk.
