Chief Stew (Rota) - M/Y 50m - Med/US

We are recruiting for a Chief Stewardess to join a well-established 50m private/charter motor yacht, operating on a rotational 2:2 basis with a Mediterranean and Caribbean programme.

This is a guest-facing, hands-on position suited to a confident interior professional who leads with warmth and has strong experience in high-level service.

The yacht operates a Mediterranean and Caribbean programme, with a start date at the end of October 2026. The position offers a 2:2 rotation and a salary of $7,000 USD per month.

The Chief Stewardess will be responsible for all aspects of the interior operation, including overseeing and mentoring junior stewardesses, providing high-level guest service, table settings and bartending, as well as managing provisioning, inventory and crew administration.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a Chief Stewardess on a 40m+ motor yacht, with strong verifiable references and proven longevity in previous positions. They should be a confident and calm leader with a positive and approachable personality, excellent guest interaction skills, a creative eye for table decorations, and good administration and budgeting experience.

Required certificates include STCW, ENG1, PDSD, Food & Hygiene Level 2 and WSET Level 2. Additional certificates are welcomed. Candidates must hold valid Schengen working rights for the duration of the contract and must be non-smokers.
