Trust & Safety Tuesdays: Social Engineering
https://community.secondlife.com/news/featured-news/trust-safety-tuesdays-social-engineering-r11314/
Trust and Safety Tuesdays are back again with another round of security practice information for keeping the Second Life community safe. In keeping with our theme of methods of fraud that can be more devious and harder to spot, today we present Social Engineering. What is Social Engineering?Social engineering is the manipulation of human psychology to gain access to personal information. It relies on your emotions, such as excitement, fear, or trust, to cause you to react in a way the scammer wants. The phishing attacks we covered previously are actually one type of social engineering; they rely on your curiosity to get you to click a link. Other types of social engineering include Pretexting, Baiting, and Quid Pro Quo. PretextingHave you ever had someone spontaneously call you claiming to be tech support for your operating system, and say that they have detected something terribly wrong with your computer? Be careful! That person may be trying to get control of your computer. Pretexting is when someone contacts you with a situation, often an urgent or scary one, and then tries to gain your trust by pretending to be someone who can help you. Their goal is to convince you to give them sensitive information by making you believe they need it so they can stop something bad from happening. Baiting“We’re offering a 90% off coupon to the people with the best pet names!” Sounds a little too good to be true, right? It probably is. Pet names are frequently used in passwords and security questions, and scammers are planning on that. Baiting is a type of social engineering where bad actors offer something you may want in exchange for your personal information. It’s often presented in a way where you might not realize what you’re actually giving away. Quid Pro QuoEveryone likes helping people out from time to time. Unfortunately, that person offering you help might not have the best intentions. The person offering some of the groceries they just bought if you’ll just buzz them into the apartment building might be a stranger trying to get in to rob your neighbor. Quid Pro Quo means “this for that.” It’s a trade, and in social engineering, it’s offering a favor in exchange for your information. In Second Life, it might look like someone offering to log into your account to help with your avatar. What they’re actually asking for as trade for your help is your password. But once they have that, there is nothing stopping them from taking over your account and doing whatever they wish with your inventory, your Linden Dollars, and even your payment methods. What Can I Do?The steps you can take to keep yourself safe from these types of social engineering are much the same as with phishing links. Stop and Think - What are the possible motivations for this offer or request? Consider the Source - How well do you know the person making the request? If you know them well, does it sound like something they would ask? It’s important to keep in mind, too, that if your friend’s account was compromised, the person asking might not be who you think they are. Securing Your Information - If you have any doubts, change your password and contact support for the platform or app right away. It’s important to use MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) anywhere it is offered. Keep Track - Always keep track of what potential private information you have publicly available, such as on social media or other public profiles (including your Second Life profile). Questions? If you have more questions about social engineering and how to protect your accounts, be sure to stop by at the next Trust and Safety User Group meeting on July 21st at 11:00 AM SLT. More information on this meeting and other User Group meetings can be found here.

Second Life Spotlight - Nanda Marjeta
https://community.secondlife.com/news/featured-news/second-life-spotlight-nanda-marjeta-r11316/
Today, we're shining a spotlight on Nanda Marjeta, founder of CHEZ MOI, whose beautifully designed home and garden furnishings have been helping Residents create cozy, welcoming spaces in Second Life for more than a decade. How long have you been in Second Life, and how did you first hear about it? I've been in Second Life since 2008, so it's been 18 wonderful years. A friend introduced me to Second Life, telling me it was a place where you could meet people from all over the world. That immediately sparked my curiosity, and I decided to give it a try. At the time, I had no idea it would become such an important part of my life. CHEZ MOI Mainstore You founded CHEZ MOI in 2012. What led you to start creating home and garden furniture, and how has the brand evolved over the years? When I first started creating in Second Life, everything was made with prims, simple textures, and tiny pose balls. I never imagined it would become a business. I was simply building furniture for myself because I couldn't afford to buy everything I wanted. As I shared my creations, people began asking if I could make furniture for them as well. Soon I was receiving requests to design entire homes, create custom furniture, and decorate complete spaces. Seeing Residents enjoy the environments I created was incredibly rewarding, and that's when I realized this was something I truly loved doing. CHEZ MOI was originally created as a shared project with two friends before 2012. Although that first chapter eventually came to an end, the dream never really disappeared. After taking a break from Second Life for about a year, I returned to find that many Residents still remembered my work and encouraged me to start creating again. Their support gave me the confidence to rebuild CHEZ MOI, and that encouragement is something I'll always be grateful for. Since then, both Second Life and I have evolved together. I started with prims and simple builds, then embraced mesh, and today I work with PBR materials and modern workflows. I love learning and challenging myself to keep improving with every new technology and creative possibility. My background in Marketing has also shaped the way I approach the brand. Over the years, CHEZ MOI has grown from creating individual pieces of furniture into designing complete homes and immersive experiences where people can relax, connect with loved ones, and create memories together. Even after all these years, what motivates me hasn't changed. Knowing that something I created becomes part of someone's virtual home is still the most rewarding part of what I do. What inspires your designs, and what do you hope Residents feel when they decorate their virtual homes with your creations? I'm a very home-oriented person. Even in real life, I love decorating my own home because it's where I feel happiest and where I spend most of my time. I've always believed that a home should be a place of comfort, warmth, and peace, and those feelings inspire everything I create. I find inspiration everywhere. Pinterest, Instagram, architecture, and even my own Decorating My Linden Home series. That project allows me to step into the Resident's shoes and ask myself, "If this were my own Linden Home, how would I want to live here?" It's a creative exercise that constantly inspires new ideas and reminds me that great design isn't about the size of a space… it's about making it feel like home. More than simply decorating a house, I hope my creations help Residents build memories. Whether it's cooking together in a kitchen, sharing coffee with friends, relaxing after a long day, or celebrating special occasions, I want my furniture to become part of those everyday moments that make Second Life feel meaningful. If someone looks at a space they've decorated with CHEZ MOI and feels cozy, happy, and truly at home, then

If someone looks at a space they've decorated with CHEZ MOI and feels cozy, happy, and truly at home, then
I've achieved exactly what I set out to create. You've been creating for the Second Life community for well over a decade. How have you seen home design trends and Residents' decorating styles change over the years? One of the biggest changes has been the technology itself. When I started creating, we worked with prims, then sculpties, followed by mesh, and now PBR materials. Every step has opened new creative possibilities and allowed us to build more detailed and immersive environments. I've also noticed that Residents have become much more interested in creating complete living spaces rather than simply filling a house with furniture. Today, people pay close attention to lighting, textures, landscaping, and the overall atmosphere of a home. They want spaces that feel authentic and truly reflect their personalities. At the same time, expectations have evolved. Beautiful furniture is still important, but Residents now appreciate interactive features and realistic details that make a home feel alive. I love designing pieces that encourage roleplay and everyday moments, because those small interactions help transform a beautiful space into a place where memories are made. That's what I love most about creating in Second Life. As the platform continues to evolve, so do the ways people express themselves through their homes. It's inspiring to grow alongside such a creative community, and I can't wait to see what the future brings. Looking back on your journey, what accomplishment or milestone are you most proud of? Also, do you have any favorite pieces or collections that you've created over the years? One of the milestones I'm most proud of was when I started receiving invitations to participate in Second Life shopping events, especially the well-established ones. For a creator, being invited to those events is incredibly rewarding because it means that organizers trust your work and believe your brand will contribute to their community. Those invitations gave CHEZ MOI wonderful visibility and marked an important step in my journey. As for my favorite creations, one that will always have a special place in my heart is the Quinn Kitchen, which I released in 2020. Even after all these years, it's still one of my best-selling kitchens. At the time, many Residents wanted beautiful kitchens but didn't have enough space in their homes. I wanted to create something compact without sacrificing realism, functionality, or interaction. Quinn became one of the first fully interactive kitchens designed specifically for smaller spaces, and seeing it remain so popular after all these years is something I'm incredibly proud of. Looking back, moments like these remind me that listening to the community and designing with people's everyday lives in mind has always been one of CHEZ MOI's greatest strengths. What advice would you give to aspiring furniture creators or anyone hoping to start their own creative business in Second Life today? If I could share a few things I've learned over the years, the first would be: believe in yourself, even when the people who love you the most don't fully understand your dream. Sometimes they'll try to protect you or encourage you to choose a safer path, and that's okay. They simply can't see the vision that you see. Another important lesson is that success rarely comes as quickly as we'd like. In the beginning, you may invest countless hours learning, creating, and improving without seeing much financial return. Those are often the moments when people give up. When that happens, remember why you started in the first place. Your purpose will carry you through the difficult days. It's also impossible not to compare yourself to others. There will always be someone who creates faster, has different skills, or seems more successful. Instead of asking, "Why am I not like them?" ask yourself, "How can I become a better version of myself?" Every creator has a unique style, and that's what makes this community so
special. You'll also hear "no" many times. Some projects you'll pour your heart into won't sell as well as you hoped. You'll face criticism and disappointments along the way. Be patient, stay resilient, and never stop learning. Every experience teaches you something valuable. Finally, never become too comfortable. Second Life is constantly evolving, and that's one of the reasons it has remained such a unique platform for so many years. New technologies, new tools, and new opportunities are always emerging. Stay curious, keep learning, and be willing to adapt. The creators who continue to grow are the ones who embrace change instead of fearing it. Building a creative business in Second Life is definitely an emotional roller coaster, but for me, it's been one of the most rewarding journeys of my life. Tell us about some of the other Residents in SL who inspire you and whose work you admire. The first person I have to mention is Mili Miklos, my friend and manager for the past 14 years. She has been by my side through every stage of CHEZ MOI's journey. While I spend most of my time creating and designing, Mili has an incredible ability to stay connected with the community and everything happening in Second Life. Her dedication, professionalism, and constant support have been invaluable, and I honestly couldn't have built CHEZ MOI without her. Long before I became a creator myself, the designer who inspired me the most was Winter Thorn, the owner of What Next. I admired her work because it always had such a wonderful sense of warmth and comfort. Her designs made virtual homes feel truly lived in, and that had a lasting influence on the way I think about creating spaces. I also have tremendous admiration for Corina Wonder and MiaJolina. They are incredibly organized, talented, and, above all, kind. In a creative community, those qualities are just as important as artistic skill, and I've always respected the way they conduct themselves and their businesses. There are so many other talented creators and Residents who have been part of my journey over the years that it's impossible to name everyone. Every collaboration, every friendship, and every word of encouragement has helped shape the creator I am today. To all of them, thank you. Where can people see your work? Second Life Spotlight - Virtual Worlds MOOC
https://community.secondlife.com/news/featured-news/second-life-spotlight-virtual-worlds-mooc-r11320/
Today we're shining a spotlight on the Virtual Worlds Massive Open Online Course (VWMOOC), a long-running educational initiative that has been bringing together educators, researchers, students, and lifelong learners through Second Life and other immersive learning platforms since 2014. Learn more about VWMOOC from founder Dr. Nellie Deutsch (Nellie Homewood in Second Life). How long have you been in Second Life, and how did you first hear about it? I joined Second Life in 2007 as Nellie Homewood after learning about it through MUVEnation, a free European initiative that introduced educators to multi-user virtual environments. At the time, I had already been providing free online professional development for educators worldwide through Moodle since 2006. I immediately recognized Second Life's educational potential as a place where educators and learners could collaborate, create, and experience learning in immersive ways. Attend the VWMOOC Opening Ceremony on Sunday, August 2, at 12:00 PM SLT You've been organizing the Virtual Worlds MOOC since 2014. What inspired you to create it, and what need were you hoping to address? Since 2006, I have been offering free online professional development for educators through Moodle. When I discovered Second Life, I wanted to share how immersive virtual worlds could engage learners and make learning exciting. Unlike many newer immersive technologies, Second Life does not require expensive virtual reality equipment, making it accessible to educators and students around the world. I created the Virtual Worlds MOOC to provide a welcoming environment where participants could explore immersive learning, collaborate with colleagues globally, and discover practical ways to integrate virtual worlds into education. Your Guide to the 12th Annual VWMOOC 2026 VWMOOC brings together educators from around the world to explore Second Life alongside other immersive technologies. What makes Second Life such an effective learning environment after all these years? Second Life continues to be a remarkable learning environment because it offers an immersive sense of presence, creativity, and community that few platforms can match. Participants are not simply watching presentations. They are exploring, collaborating, building, role-playing, solving problems, and learning together in shared spaces. Best of all, it remains accessible to anyone with a computer and an internet connection, making immersive learning available without specialized hardware. VWMOOC26 Underwater Treasure Hunt This year's theme is "Connecting for Learning" and runs from August 2nd to 31st. What kinds of sessions and experiences can participants expect during the 2026 program? This year's theme reflects what VWMOOC has always been about: connecting educators, researchers, students, and lifelong learners through immersive experiences. Throughout August, participants can attend presentations, workshops, panel discussions, poster sessions, tours, networking events, and interactive activities. Topics include artificial intelligence, virtual worlds, extended reality, language learning, healthcare, libraries, museums, digital storytelling, accessibility, instructional design, and innovative teaching practices. Every session encourages participation, discussion, and collaboration. VWMOOC DJ Over the past twelve years, you've welcomed educators and learners from around the world. What changes have you seen in virtual education, and what excites you most about where it's heading? The biggest change has been the growing recognition that online learning can be interactive, collaborative, and highly engaging. The biggest change has been the growing recognition that online learning can be interactive, collaborative, and highly engaging. When VWMOOC began, virtual worlds were still considered a niche technology. Today, immersive learning is part of a much broader conversation that includes artificial intelligence, extended
reality, and new forms of online collaboration. What excites me most is seeing educators embrace these technologies thoughtfully to create richer, more meaningful learning experiences while keeping human connection at the center. VWMOOC 2026 Schedule Many educators are curious about teaching in virtual worlds but aren't sure where to begin. What advice would you give someone interested in exploring Second Life as a learning platform? Start by joining the community. Visit educational regions, attend events, ask questions, and learn from experienced educators. You do not need to build anything or become an expert before getting started. Focus on your learning goals first, then explore how immersive environments can help learners achieve them. The supportive educational community in Second Life makes that journey enjoyable and rewarding. Read the VWMOOC Presenter Bios Collaboration has always been at the heart of VWMOOC. What role do the Second Life community and your fellow organizers, presenters, and participants play in making the program successful each year? VWMOOC exists because of its amazing community. Every year, organizers, presenters, volunteers, and participants generously contribute their time, knowledge, creativity, and enthusiasm. Their willingness to share ideas and support one another has created a welcoming international community of practice where everyone learns together. The event truly reflects the collaborative spirit that has always defined education in Second Life. Where can people learn more about VWMOOC? Updated Plans for Gaeta 1
https://community.secondlife.com/news/featured-news/updated-plans-for-gaeta-1-r11322/
After further review of resident feedback, relocation activity, and our long-term plans for Mainland, Linden Lab has decided that Gaeta 1 will remain open. This is a significant change from the transition plan announced in April. We are sorry for the disruption and uncertainty this reversal has caused, especially for residents who made decisions or completed relocations based on the information and direction we previously provided. We recognize that those residents acted promptly and in good faith, and we are committed to providing affected residents with meaningful choices moving forward. What this means for Gaeta 1 residentsHere's what this means depending on your situation: If you still own land in Gaeta 1: You can stay put. No action needed unless you'd prefer to relocate to the new Zindra expansion areas. If you've already relocated from Gaeta 1: You can stay in your new location, or request assistance moving back. You'll be hearing from us directly on both options. If you were mid-relocation when this changed: We'll reach out individually to sort out where things stand and what your options are. Gaeta 1 will continue operating as an active Mainland continent, and the new Zindra expansion regions will remain as part of Mainland as well. What happens nextResidents who have already completed a relocation have already received direct communication outlining their options and the process for requesting assistance, which includes options of relocating back to their original parcels on Gaeta 1 and/or compensation details. Residents who still own land in Gaeta 1 will receive direct communication over the next few days with more details. Please note that no action is needed unless you'd like to pursue relocation to Zindra. Our priority is to minimize further disruption and ensure that residents affected by the original transition plan have a fair opportunity to choose the location that works best for them. We appreciate the time, patience, and feedback residents have provided throughout this process. Investing in Mainland's FutureWe know this reversal comes against a broader backdrop of concern we've heard from many of you: that Mainland has taken a back seat to Bellisseria, and that plans for Mainland improvements over the years have too often stalled out or never materialized at all. We don't expect one blog post to erase that history, but we do want to be upfront about where we're headed. The decision to keep Gaeta 1 open isn't a one-off. It's the first step in our renewed focus for Mainland. In the near term future, we're looking at smaller, achievable improvements, including: Addition of several open water homesteads in an effort to improve the sailing experience around some of the mainland continents. We encourage anyone interested in sailing in SL to give it a try. Repairs of many legacy Mainland regions with badly baked edges, to fix longstanding region crossing issues between these specific regions, and make them more attractive overall. Restoration of several legacy Mainland builds, including the Balloon Tour in Linden Village, the Snowlands chairlifts, and the Pomponio Crater area. We'll share progress on these and additional changes in upcoming Land & Support User Group meetings. As always, if you have any questions about how this impacts you, we welcome you to submit a Support Ticket to contact one of our Land Operations team members. Additionally, we welcome you to join the discussion on the forums.

Second Life Spotlight - Poe Davonius
https://community.secondlife.com/news/featured-news/second-life-spotlight-poe-davonius-r11324/
Today, we're shining a spotlight on Poe Davonius, the creator behind Octubre and the founder of Oulbury. From designing original creations to building a roleplay community centered on storytelling and belonging, Poe shares how Second Life became a place to create, heal, and inspire others. How long have you been in Second Life, and how did you first hear about it? I have been in Second Life for almost eight years. I had my on-and-off moments, like most residents, I believe. But this was not actually my first approach to the platform. The first time I heard about Second Life was while reading an article about a couple who met and fell in love here. Sadly, I was very young when I read it, so my parents said: absolutely not. Eventually, life happened. And you know how life is: one day you are doing things, going places, and suddenly you randomly remember an article you read six years ago. It took me a while to remember the name of the platform, but once I found it, I was hooked. The freedom, the possibility of creating almost anything I wanted, and the idea that an entire world could exist because someone imagined it… It was, and still is, everything I always wanted. You're the creator behind Octubre and the founder of Oulbury. Can you tell us about these projects and what motivated you to start each of them? Octubre has been my creative outlet for a very long time. It is the place where I create and allow myself to just fly. But it was not always like this. When I first opened my store, I simply wanted to find a way to make enough $L so I would not have to rely on my real-life income to fund my Second Life. Little did I know how much that decision would change absolutely everything for me. It reached a point where I left university to dedicate myself full-time to improving, learning, and becoming better at what I do. Through Octubre, I discovered a passion I did not even know I had. I never really considered myself an artist, or even a particularly creative person. I had no idea I was capable of creating objects, characters, stories, and entire worlds. Second Life helped me connect with a side of myself I did not know was there. And thanks to that positive influence, here I am. Oulbury, on the other hand, was born from a bad experience. I found myself feeling a bit lost. Something I had put all my heart and love into did not work, and it ended very badly. At that moment, I understood that I had two options: I could allow myself to become depressed over it and be done with roleplay, or I could take all that pain and all those negative feelings and turn them into something new, something unique, and something I could call mine. The timing was almost perfect, because I had already started writing a series of books. Whether those books will ever see the light of day is another question! But I had the story, I had the world, and I had all these emotions that needed somewhere to go. And that is exactly what I did: I created. So I would say Oulbury is a work of love, but it is also the way I found to heal something that otherwise could have turned me into a very bitter person. Instead, it became a place where other people could create, heal, belong, and tell stories with me. Building a successful roleplay destination takes much more than creating a beautiful environment. What goes into maintaining Oulbury, from developing stories and events to keeping the community engaged? I feel that what makes Oulbury… well, Oulbury, is the human quality of its community. I have all these incredible individuals who basically did not know me, but still chose to give me their time, their love, their energy, and their trust. Together, we create something beautiful. Behind that, there is a lot of invisible work. We write lore, develop storylines, organize events, build environments, create interactive systems, answer

Behind that, there is a lot of invisible work. We write lore, develop storylines, organize events, build environments, create interactive systems, answer
questions, welcome new players, listen to feedback, and constantly look at what is working and what needs to change. There is also a lot of emotional work involved in maintaining a community. You need to communicate, to listen, to solve conflicts, and sometimes to admit when an idea did not work the way you expected. But I never feel like I am doing this completely alone. We work side by side to shape this world into what we want it to be, and every voice matters. I am very connected with my Brave Hearts; that is what I call them, because I recognize that Oulbury without the souls living inside it would simply be a pretty sim. The people, the stories written here, the experiences we share, and the love we have for one another are what make this place unique and warm. I am probably the luckiest person around. I chose to create something I always wanted, and somehow I found all these crazily creative and deeply inspired people who decided to trust my vision and create with me. I will never take them for granted. I am committed to giving my 100% to make Oulbury a place where people can feel welcomed, respected, inspired, and loved. In addition to creating and building communities, you also teach private Blender classes for aspiring creators. What do you enjoy most about teaching, and what advice do you find yourself giving new creators most often? I feel that creating is one of the most magical and healing experiences you can possibly have. It is this sacred space where you can be and do almost anything. Teaching, for me, means having the chance to introduce other people to that world. I often find myself talking a lot with my students, exchanging life experiences, and sharing things that are not necessarily mesh-related. And honestly, it makes sense. To create, you need to connect with something inside yourself, and sometimes that cannot happen unless you allow the other person to know you a little. What I love most about teaching is having the chance to connect with so many beautiful people, learn more about them, and become a better person through those connections. Because the most important part of teaching is also being willing to learn. The advice I give most often to new creators is: be true to yourself. Some people will not understand you. Some people will not like what you create. That is unavoidable. But you still have to do what feels honest to you. Eventually, your tribe, your people, and the souls who resonate with what you do will find you. When that happens, you will realize that you can achieve much more than you imagined. I also remind them that being new does not mean being untalented. Blender can be frustrating, and learning takes time. You are allowed to make ugly things. You are allowed to fail. You are allowed to create something today and hate it tomorrow. That is part of becoming better. And, of course, I always let them know they can reach out to me. I am an open book, and I genuinely enjoy sharing advice or helping whenever I can. After all, Second Life is something we all create together. I am here to help. One of the things that makes Second Life special is the way it brings people together to share experiences and tell stories. What does the Second Life community mean to you, and what do you think makes it such a unique place? I do not think I have enough years in this life to express how grateful I am for this community. There have been ups and downs, because not everything has been sunshine and rainbows. But I have found people here who will forever be part of my real life. Second Life helped me discover a voice I did not know I had. It gave my life a sense of purpose during a time when I was deeply buried in a very bad depression. I do not want to say that Second Life saved me, because that would minimize the enormous work my therapist and I did together. But it was still a huge and incredibly positive part of my recovery. Being able to connect with my creative side, meet people who are
willing to go crazy with me and create, and build a community that I can call a family… I cannot ask for anything else. Really. I can honestly say that my Second Life is full of love, and I am extremely lucky because of that. Paulo Coelho wrote in The Alchemist that fulfilling a dream is what makes life interesting. Second Life is exactly that: a place where you can fulfill dreams. You can be and do almost anything you want. Do we understand how magical that truly is? We live in a world that constantly pushes labels, duties, and expectations onto us. Having the privilege of being part of a world where you can define who you are, create your own path, and be as free as you allow yourself to be is something truly magical. Looking back on everything you've built through Octubre and Oulbury, what accomplishment are you most proud of, and what goals do you still hope to achieve in Second Life? This is a very difficult question for me. I am a person who does not give herself enough credit, and I know that is not necessarily a positive trait. I usually see what is missing before I see what I have accomplished. I always believe I can do more, do better, or outdo myself. Sometimes that impossible standard helps me grow and think outside the box. Other times, it simply leaves me exhausted. I am still learning how to recognize my achievements without immediately looking for the next flaw. What makes me deeply proud is Oulbury and what we have built together as a community. The human quality of this group, the way people protect each other, and how they are always there when someone is having a difficult time; that is something I will always be proud of. But I also understand that this is not something I created by myself. It is something the community created. I may have built the world and offered the initial vision, but they gave it a soul. I am also proud that Octubre allowed me to build a life around creating. What started as a small attempt to make enough $L to support my account eventually became a career, a passion, and an entire part of my identity. Regarding my goals, I want to see Oulbury shine. I want more people to take the chance to discover this space and experience it for themselves. I can guarantee that what they will find here is something unique, full of love, and created by roleplayers for roleplayers. I want to continue turning stories into places people can actually inhabit. Maybe, in some way, those books I started writing already found their way into the world through Oulbury. Regarding Octubre, I simply want to remain true to myself and continue creating things that make people happy. At the end of the day, that is why I am here: to remind every one of my customers that they matter, that this world is better because they are in it, and that they are the reason I log in every day to create, learn, and always try to do better. There would be no Octubre or Oulbury without the people who chose to believe in both projects. Tell us about some of the other Residents in SL who inspire you and whose work you admire. There are so many people I find extremely inspiring. I feel that I do not say this enough, so I am grateful to have the opportunity to say it now. First, I have to mention the entire Oulbury team: Mik, Phee, Thess, Fencer, Mani, Nera, Benji, and Dream. Without them, there would be no Oulbury. There are also three people who, while they are no longer part of Oulbury, will always hold a very special place in my heart. Without them, Oulbury would not be here, so I want to mention Nat, Silas, and Jane, who have all been a constant source of inspiration for me. Life has placed us on separate paths for now, but the love and admiration I feel for them will always remain. There are also many designers who inspire me. Sometimes I look at their work and think that maybe, one day, I will be lucky enough to become even an inch as good as they are. The complete list would be extremely long, so I will only name three,
