In Tbilisi, a group criticizing toxic masculinity has been around for about half a year. Come to this discussion to learn from the group's organizer and participants how it started and why it exists. Also, ask your questions to the men who are okay with being men — even though it can sometimes be problematic.

What is being queer? Is it about resistance against marginalization and discrimination? Or is it about sex, gender and self-expression? Let's talk about political and private issues of being not part of cis- and/or hetero- normative world. And we could discuss slurs and reappropriation of the language of hate.

You’ll get a brief intro to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and take part in a group practice where anyone can share a real case, ask questions, and offer reflections in a supportive circle. Everyone’s voice matters 💛

This session invites folks of all backgrounds to a dialogue on the state of solidarity among anti-authoritarian leftists in Georgia. Are there barriers experienced by different ethnic/national/other communities to solidarity - and should these be named and collectively addressed? Or should we challenge traditional notions of solidarity in the light of complex historical and present realities? The space we will create together at this event will not put the blame on one group or another, but be a meeting point where we can discuss our personal experiences, concerns, anxieties and questions with one another as we reflect on a persistently difficult question.
