Happy 80th Anniversary of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Tentara Nasional Indonesia, TNI), 5 October, 2025, the military of the Republic of Indonesia, my current country. I'm not a military fan but since this is the 'oak jubilee' of the TNI, I made this post.
Hopefully in the future the TNI will be better, not only in terms of defense equipment but also in terms of organisation, more subject to civil supremacy.

Today I am 20 years old! This has never been a fruit of any effort, purely a whim of destiny. This has become a reality and not only a dream for me to be able to reach this point of my life. I hope I grow exponentially as I have written in my diary. Based on love and guided by wisdom, surely I will progress. Thank you to myself, my family, my friends, and the Earth. Happy World Habitat Day, 6 October, 2025. 2025 Theme: "Urban crisis response". This theme focuses on addressing multiple crises affecting urban areas, including climate and conflicts, that are contributing to inequality, and promotes existing tools and approaches to effective crisis response.
Furthermore, this theme highlights sustainable, scalable, and transformative solutions to urban displacement that help stabilise populations, while promoting prosperity and fostering social cohesion for all. It will put the spotlight on the importance of urban and territorial planning, inclusive urban governance, and the role of local governments.
Always remember that cities are the driving force of civilisations, they are engines of growth. Throughout history people have come from rural areas to move to cities to realise their dreams of a better life. Often this dream is not realised. Therefore, let's together make all the cities in the world sustainable, for current and future generations.

Happy World Mental Health Day, 10 October, 2025. 2025 Theme: "Mental health in humanitarian emergencies". This year’s campaign focuses on the urgent need to support the mental health and psychosocial needs of people affected by humanitarian emergencies.
Crises such as natural disasters, conflicts, and public health emergencies cause emotional distress, with one in five individuals experiencing a mental health condition. Supporting the mental well-being of individuals during such crises is not just important, it saves lives.
By working hand in hand, we can ensure the most vulnerable have access to the support they need while protecting the well-being of everyone. Let us do our best efforts to create a world where mental health is valued, protected, and accessible for all, especially in the face of adversity.

This theme is calling for global collaboration in creating a peaceful, sustainable, prosperous, and food-secure future. By working together, we all can transform agrifood systems to ensure that everyone has access to a healthy diet, living in harmony with our beloved planet, Earth.
Choosing healthy diets, wasting less, and helping to protect the soil, water, and biodiversity that make food possible are small acts that we all can do. Speaking up for those facing hunger, like what I have been doing, is one of the ways too.
This is my day, your day, everyone's day. Food is a basic human right, not a privilege! Be grateful for whatever food we have and share food if we have more with those who are hungry. Good food, good future.

Rest in peace Her Majesty Queen Sirikit (12 August, 1932 - 24 October, 2025), the Queen Mother of Thailand. She was the Queen of Thailand from 28 April, 1950 to 13 October, 2016 as the wife of King Bhumibol Adulyadej (Rama IX) and the mother of the current King Vajiralongkorn (Rama X).
She was famous for being glamorous during her lifetime, especially in the 1960s where she, together with her husband, travelled to many countries, charming many leaders and the public for her elegance. She had been the number one choice on the International Best-Dressed List in 1960, 1961, 1964, and 1965.
For 66 years, she was the longest-serving queen consort in the world while married to King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The King himself, for 70 years of reigning (9 June, 1946 - 13 October, 2016), was the longest-reigning of any Thai monarch, the longest on record of any Asian monarch, and the third-longest on record of any sovereign state.
