Happy International Day for Universal Access of Information (IDUAI), 28 September, 2024. 2024 Theme: "Mainstreaming Access to Information and Participation in the Public Sector". This theme implies the fact that there are still many people who do not have access to information and that public participation is still lacking.

Access to information and public participation are interdependent. Both are important in creating a better society with a more transparent and democratic government. Good policy making depends on this.
