First marine amphibian fossil discovered

Scientists uncovered a 237-million-year-old ocean amphibian in China, measuring nearly a meter long with a protective bone shell. 🌊

The armored creature lived on the seabed and sucked up prey like a carpet shark, overcoming salty water by drinking through its mouth instead of its skin.
