Claude Sonnet 5 administered gene therapy to a mouse with epilepsy during a test by Exin Therapeutics. The system analyzed options and injected 250 nanoliters of the drug.

A human surgeon opened the skull while the AI controlled the setup, though the actual reduction in seizures is not yet proven.
