Access issues in Russia ⚠️
On July 14, users across Russia faced widespread trouble accessing major global internet services. This disruption specifically hit platforms like Google and GitHub. 🌐
Problems appeared on both mobile devices and desktop computers. GitHub, the primary site for developers to host code, was confirmed to be fully blocked for local users. 📉
This incident highlights how quickly access to essential global tools can vanish for an entire region. Users are now finding their daily workflow cut off compared to the usual unrestricted connection. 0 minutes of downtime is standard, but 1 full day of restricted access is a different reality.
