Just FYI, we proceeded to withdraw the remaining funds from the treasury wallet to sqrFUND.sol wallet. Funds are safu there.

Daos.fun team is not happy about this, so we are discussing what to do next.

The initial idea was to complete a manual refund for holders, so everyone gets a bit more (excluding the locked LP tokens and tokens in treasury wallet).

If this is not legally possible, we will switch back to doing refund via daos.fun.

A quick recap on some Q&As with a community member:

1. LP Positions & daos.fun
We are aware of the unresolved LP positions in the fund account. We raised this directly with the daos.fun team, and their stance is that it does not matter. As this is a platform-level issue they’ve addressed, it is officially out of our hands.

2. The Future of sqrFUND
We are still deciding internally what will become of sqrFUND moving forward. AI-powered, DAO-managed hedge fund model didn't pan out as we hoped in the past year; neither did other experiments (i.e. trading engine).

sqrFUND will likely remain, albeit as a core component of sqrDAO's ecosystem. How this plays out will be determined at a later time.

3. $SQR Utilities
$SQR utility has concluded and won't be used in future cases. You can and should redeem your $SQR tokens via daos.fun ASAP.

4. New Token?
As said, the future of sqrFUND is yet to be determined. There is no plan for any future token launches at this time.

Any future token plans are moving to a completely self-managed model.

The final snapshot pre-redemption is complete. Holding $SQR at this stage no longer impacts future allocations (if any).
