✅ Tadbirkorlarga raqamli texnologiyalar sohasida xizmatlar ko‘rsatish uchun qulay shart-sharoit yaratiladi

🇺🇿 2024-yil 1-apreldan huquqiy eksperiment doirasida Dasturiy mahsulotlar va axborot texnologiyalari texnologik parki (IT Park) rezidentlari tomonidan raqamlashtirish sohasidagi xizmatlar (ular amalga oshirishi ruxsat etilgan faoliyat turlari ro‘yxatiga muvofiq) eksporti bo‘yicha xalqaro platformalarda elektron shaklda rasmiylashtirilgan qiymati 100 ming AQSH dollarigacha (yoki ushbu ekvivalentga teng miqdorgacha) bo‘lgan shartnomalar (kelishuv, hisobvaraq-faktura, invoys) elektron hujjat sifatida tan olinadi hamda ularning qog‘oz shaklidagi nusxasi talab etilmaydi.

✅ Favorable conditions are being created for entrepreneurs to provide services in the field of digital technologies

🇺🇿 Effective from April 1, 2024, within the framework of the legal experiment, contracts executed electronically for up to $100,000 (or its equivalent) on international platforms for the exportation of digitalization services (in accordance with the list of activities they are allowed to perform) by residents of the Technological Park of Software Products and Information Technologies (IT Park) shall be recognized as electronic documents and a paper copy shall not be required.

✅ Raqamlashtirish sohasida xizmatlar eksporti bo‘yicha shartnomalar tuzishga ruxsat etiladigan xalqaro platformalar ro‘yxati tasdiqlandi

🇺🇿 15-mart kuni Prezidentning “Tadbirkorlik subyektlariga xalqaro platformalar orqali raqamli texnologiyalar sohasida xizmatlar koʻrsatish uchun qulay shart-sharoitlar yaratish chora-tadbirlari toʻgʻrisida”gi qarori (PQ-129-son, 15.03.2024 y.) qabul qilindi. Qarorga muvofiq, huquqiy eksperiment tariqasida raqamlashtirish sohasida xizmatlar koʻrsatish boʻyicha eksport shartnomaviy hujjatlarni xalqaro platformalarda rasmiylashtirishga ruxsat beriladi.

✅ The list of international platforms allowed for the conclusion of contracts for the export of services in the field of digitalization has been approved

🇺🇿 On March 15, the Resolution of the President “On measures to create favorable conditions for service provision to entrepreneurship entities in the field of digital technologies through international platforms” (No. RP-129 dated March 15, 2024) has been adopted. According to the Resolution, as a legal experiment, the formalization of export contractual documentation for the provision of digitization services on international platforms is permitted.

Ushbu qaror asosida IT Park rezidentlarining ajratmalari uchun yangi koeffitsiyent belgilanadi:

1. Tasdiqlangan minimal eksport ko‘rsatkichiga erishilganda, IT Park ajratmalari 1% miqdorida belgilanadi.
2. Eksport ulushi minimal chegaradan past bo‘lsa, IT Park ajratmalari 2% miqdorida belgilanadi.

🇺🇿 Additional measures were taken to support promising startup projects in the field of digital technologies and export activities of major companies in the industry

Based on this criterion, a new coefficient for contributions from IT Park residents will be established:

1. In case of the approved minimum export target is achieved, the contribution rate for IT Park will be set at 1%.
2. In case of the share of exports is below the minimum threshold, the contribution rate for IT Park will be set at 2%.
