🚦EXCLUSIVE: Cathy Yan (#BirdsofPrey, #DeadPigs) will executive produce and direct the live-action series #Paprika, based on the #YasutakaTsutsui novel of the same name, for #AmazonStudios and #Hivemind.

🎶Along with #Yan, her producing partner #AshSarohia will also executive produce under their Rewild banner, as well as Masi Oka, and Hivemind’s Jason F. Brown.

🚦BREAKING - #Wednesday is reportedly in danger of leaving Netflix following its smash-hit first season starring Jenna Ortega in the titular role.
🔥Netflix will no doubt be keen to keep Wednesday on its books but due to the show being a Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (#MGM) product – it may not have any choice in the matter.
✨️Last year, it was reported by Deadline that competitor streaming service #Amazon and #MGM signed an $8.5billion (£7.06bn) merger that potentially left the rights to Wednesday in their hands.
😇However, not all hope is lost for the giant as #Netflix may propose a deal with Amazon in order to retain the hit series and according to the same report, the Jeff Bezoz founded outlet said it has no plans to make all #MGM content exclusive to their site.
🥷Despite question marks over the hosting site for the next installment, #producers have supposedly confirmed they are in the process of looking for filming locations and seeking out writers for the new storylines.
