🚨 Hacker on the Move!
The attacker who stole $4.5M from Indexed Finance in 2021 is back, and this time, they’re moving the funds through Tornado Cash 🌪! According to Cyvers Alerts, a series of transactions show that the hacker still holds over $5M in digital assets across different wallets.
Back in October 2021, they exploited a vulnerability in the liquidity pool rebalancing mechanism, targeting two index tokens: DEFI5 and CC10, using flash loans to execute the attack 💥.
This isn’t the first time a DeFi project has been hit recently – Radiant Capital was also attacked for $50M, with hackers gaining access to private keys and altering smart contracts 🔓.
