In a dangerous escalation of the scorched-earth policy, four vehicles belonging to the “General Security” apparatus stormed the village of Brians in the Al-Muzayri’a area, deliberately setting fire to its agricultural lands and surrounding forests.
The convoy then stopped at the Al-Laghlaghiyah junction, splitting into two groups — one headed toward Ain al-Tineh, while the other remained stationed in Muzayri’a.
