تعد قضية المواطن الكوردي محمد علي علي، البالغ 42 عامًا، أب لثلاث اطفال، من ناحية شيّه في عفرين، نموذجًا صارخًا للانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان التي تمارسها الفصائل المسلحة التابعة للاحتلال التركي، بما فيها الحمزات والعمشات تحت مظلة وزارة الدفاع لسلطة أمر الواقع.

فقد اختُطف محمد علي علي في 1 كانون الأول 2024، ونُقل أولًا إلى سجن إعزاز، ثم إلى سجون الحمزات والعمشات في موراتية بعفرين، حيث بقي محتجزًا لمدة 42 يومًا وتعرض خلالها لتعذيب وحشي ومنهجي شمل:

🔴 الضرب المبرّح والصعق الكهربائي والحرق المتعمّد

🔴الحقن بمواد مجهولة المصدر

🔴إجباره على تناول أطعمة ملوّثة بمياه الصرف الصحي

🔴 الجلد بأكثر من 180 جلدة بالسوط

🔴 الوقوف على سطح معدني ساخن مما تسبب بحروق من الدرجة الثالثة

🔴 قطع أصابع القدم، وقلع أربعة أسنان، وشق شفتيه


📹 يظهر الفيديو حالة محمد قبل وبعد الاعتقال، كما ظهرت زوجته فريدة عمر في الفيديو تتحدث عن وضعه الصحي والنفسي الحرج بعد الإفراج عنه، موضحة حجم المعاناة المستمرة التي يعاني منها.

📝 يحتوي الفيديو أيضًا على صورة من التقرير الطبي الصادر عن مشفى الشهيد خالد فجر في حي الشيخ مقصود – حلب، مع التنويه أن المعلومات الواردة تم الحصول عليها جزئيًا من المصادر المتاحة.

هذه الانتهاكات ليست مجرد قضية فردية، بل تعكس نمطًا ممنهجًا من التعذيب والمعاملة اللاإنسانية في سجون الفصائل المسلحة بعفرين. المجتمع الحقوقي والمنظمات الدولية لا يمكن أن تتغاضى عن مثل هذه الجرائم، فالصمت يعني مشاركة ضمنية في الإجرام.

المواطن محمد علي علي ليس مجرد ضحية، بل رمز لمعاناة المدنيين الكورد في المناطق المحتلة، ونداءه وصمته المؤلم يمثل صرخة لكل ضحايا التعذيب والقمع.

Abducted on December 1, 2024, Mohammed was first held in Azaz prison, then transferred to Al-Hamzat and Al-Amshat detention centers in Marata, Afrin, where he endured 42 days of systematic torture:

🔴 Forced injections of unknown substances

🔴Consuming food contaminated with sewage

🔴 Over 180 lashes with a whip

🔴 Standing on scorching metal surfaces, resulting in third-degree burns

🔴 Amputation of toes, extraction of four teeth, and slashed lips


📹 Video footage captures Mohammed’s condition before and after his detention, while his wife Farida Omar recounts his harrowing physical and mental state.
