T&S does not limit the number of cycles a participant can activate. After progressing within one cycle, a new cycle can be started without waiting for the previous one to reach Level 12.

Each cycle operates independently and can run in parallel with others. For example, while advancing to the second level in one cycle, you can begin forming the first level in another cycle. There is no restriction on how many active cycles can operate simultaneously.

Because structures fill independently, multiple cycles can generate earnings at the same time. Profitability is therefore linked to how many active structures a participant maintains and how effectively their network develops.

100% Distribution: How It Works

T&S operates on a full distribution model. Every transaction inside the system is allocated within the structure rather than extracted externally.

All turnover remains inside T&S and is distributed between participants and system pools. A 10% share from each initial level purchase is allocated to the Fund Pool. Within this pool, 70% is directed to company development, while the remaining share supports token buyback, token burning, and Royaltrix payouts.

Additional allocations may occur if Reactivation or Auto-Upgrade are disabled, where 25% of the respective amount is redirected to the Fund Pool. Partner rewards are generated directly through level filling, while a defined share supports long term system growth and token mechanics.

This model creates transparency at the structural level. Participants understand where funds go, how payouts are formed, and how sustainability mechanisms are maintained.

Strategic Control: Disabling Auto-Functions

T&S includes two automatic mechanisms by default: Reactivation and Auto-Upgrade. These functions ensure continuous participation in the cycle and prevent missed level progression.

Reactivation automatically restarts a level after its final payout, the fourth payout in S6 and the third in S3. If Reactivation is disabled, 25% of the amount allocated for reactivation is redirected to the Fund Pool, while the remaining 75% is credited to the participant, completing the cycle at that level.

Auto-Upgrade automatically activates the next level using two payouts from the current structure, except for Level 12. If disabled, 25% of the allocated amount is redirected to the Fund Pool and 75% is credited to the participant if the next level has not been activated in advance.

Disabling these functions allows participants to complete a cycle and withdraw funds instead of continuing automatic progression.

S3 in T&S is built around direct payout logic. The structure consists of one level with three partner positions, and all three payouts are credited directly to the participant.

Unlike multi-level expansion models, S3 concentrates reward flow within a single layer. As each of the three positions is filled, the participant receives a payout without redistribution to additional lines.

This structure increases payout frequency within the cycle and supports faster cost recovery at the level stage. S3 therefore focuses on personal activity and direct reward accumulation before the cycle continues.

S6 Deep Dive: Second Line Payouts

S6 in T&S is a two-level structure consisting of two first-line and four second-line positions. When activating a level, a participant is placed into their upline’s first or second line and gains access to build their own S6 structure.

In S6, payouts are generated from the second line. Each of the four second-line positions produces a reward for the participant, while rewards from the first line are directed to the upline. This design separates structural placement from reward generation.

Because second-line positions are filled through personal invitations, upline spillovers, and first-line partner activity, the entire team contributes to structure completion. The payout logic encourages network expansion while keeping distribution rules strictly defined.

The NFT Holders’ Pool Mechanism Explained

There is no cap on how many parallel cycles you can run. Your only limit is your activation capacity across different levels.

This setup creates multiple income streams from the same mechanics. Instead of waiting 12 levels to start fresh, you compound your activity by layering new cycles on top of active ones. Every filled position in any cycle pays out, letting you scale horizontally without resetting your progress.

Starting Small: What 10 IGT Gets You at Level 1

Level 1 costs exactly 10 IGT. For this, you get an active slot in the S6 structure and the ability to start building your partner network immediately. You can invite partners using your link, and you become eligible to receive spillovers from your upline's structure. This is the minimum viable entry: it opens the mechanics without locking up significant capital.

Once activated, you occupy a position in your upline's first or second line, which places you inside an active structure from day one. You gain access to fill your own first line in the S6 model, meaning you can start building the foundation that will eventually pay out from your second line. Everything above Level 1 remains locked until you complete this step, but the earning mechanics are already live.
