Final Post On Bitcoin

1) I have been talking about bitcoin since 9 years ago on my various platforms. This serves as a final post on this topic.

2) I wanted to write a long update, but then decided to trash it. Because over the past 9 years, many people who have been following me have made literally millions of dollars (just from those who have told me in private), but nobody has ever sent me a $100,000 cheque and said "Thank you, Diego" or given me a Nobel Piss Prize. Hence, my advisors (i.e. the voices in my head) have told me not to bother with this and just wait for my Permanent Retirement in 2029 since I don't gain anything from typing this.

As a compromise I will just summarize my views in a few short points. I won't explain further after this post.

3) Those who have been following me for many years already know this:

On 30 March 2020, I told you all in this channel to go all-in on bitcoin, saying "right now bitcoin is around 6k USD". This was before it shot all the way to $69,000 in Nov 2021.

On 26 June 2022, I said on this channel "Diego thinks the bitcoin bottom could be around US$15,000, and this will happen within the next 6 months". On 11 July 2022, I followed up by saying "the estimated BTC bottom (before 2024 halving) at around Nov 2022".

True enough, the bottom was $15,760 in Nov 2022.

On 15 Aug 2022, I said "you can probably expect the peak to be closer to $110k". This was before it peaked at $126,000 in Oct 2025 while all the so-called scamfluencers told you that it can hit $300k or higher.

4) I will simply state my predictions for the next bottom and next top. For bitcoin (NASDAQ: IBIT) as well as Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR).

Note on Risk Appetite: My principle is "the more money you have, the less risk you should take". There are some people reading this who will be going in with 6 or 7-figures (I know who you are). You guys should weight your investment more towards IBIT.

Conversely, if you have only $10,000 or less. Then take on higher risk and weight your investment towards MSTR. Logic is very simple. You are not going to change your life turning $10k to 30k or 40k. Might as well swing for the fences and try to get that first $100k.

Those who already have more money, please exercise caution and de-risk accordingly. MSTR has a much shorter history of 5-6 years (since they transformed into a "bitcoin company"). Thus their performance is much harder to predict. It is also one company run by one Supreme Leader who could disappear any day (Insha-Allah he will live for at least another 3 years).

Whereas bitcoin is an asset class & we have been through many 4-year Halving Cycles by now.

If you are not a crazy person like Diego, you can also de-risk by doing "Dollar Cost Averaging" instead of lump-sum 6-figure trades.

5) I project the bitcoin bottom to be around $45,000 on or around 5 Oct 2026. With the next top coming in around $180,000 on or around 3 Sep 2029.

MSTR is much harder to say but my target for the bottom is around $80 from July 2026 onwards with the next top around $560 from June 2029 onwards.

I have both "Time Targets" as well as "Price Targets". If price targets hit before time targets, I start buying/selling. If price targets do not hit, I begin buying/selling when Time Targets are reached, regardless.

Does anyone think FIFA / World Cup are rigged?

Rigged in order to maximise viewership & advertising money.

Think about the Final in 2022. You had it in the Middle Eastern/Asian time zone to capture the huge Asian viewership market. Then add France (major European country) and Argentina (attraction of Messi) in the Final for the big European and South American markets.

Fun fact: Out of their 7 matches in WC2022, Argentina was awarded penalties during regulation time in 5 of the matches.

If I were FIFA trying to rig the Ideal Final of 2026 - I'd have Japan (huge Asian country) vs Portugal (attraction of Ronaldo). You already have the big North American and South American viewership markets due to the time zone this year.

Backup plan would be Germany instead of Japan due to their huge population. But would be fun to have Japan go all the way.

Portugal can have one or two penalties for each game or just draw all the way like they did in Euro 2016 (they won the Euros by drawing 6 out of their 7 matches in regulation time).

DRAW CUP 2026

Quick note for those following MSTR (read the Pinned Post first if you haven't).

As usual we are spot on again. July 2026 is approaching and MSTR is heading towards $80.

However. I feel we have a bit more patience to exercise. The bottom could be a little lower from here, perhaps closer to $60-$65.

Regardless, in 2 years' time (2028, if not 2029 by the latest), we could well be anywhere from $560-$800 at the next top.

All Gold Rushes Come To An End

I believe there is a Good Chance that bitcoin has bottomed. Even if it manages to make a Final Crash for an October Bottom, I don't think it would be significantly below 60k.

Given that I expect the Next Top (as early as May 2028) to be around 180k, this means the returns for this Upcoming Cycle would be even more Greatly Diminished than I first thought.

This is no surprise, and entirely consistent with my long-term view on bitcoin. Four years ago, I already warned that the 2024 cycle "could well be the last one we have to multiply our money".

Since the first Halving Cycle I experienced in 2016, I knew that All Gold Rushes Eventually Come To An End.

That is why I will *not* be allocating capital into bitcoin for the next cycle. Instead, last week I entered heavily into Strategy (NASDAQ: MSTR) and Strive (NASDAQ: ASST).

Whilst BTC can probably do a 2.5X from here (+150%), we are hoping for MSTR/ASST to do at least a 5X (+400%) from here.

Another Gold Rush that will also end after 2028 is Draws. After a decade betting on draws, tons of copycats later, and bookies learning to price odds more accurately - we have about 2 years left to extract as much profits as possible before The Fun Ends.

After 2028, AOC and El-Sayed will be in the White House to usher in the Golden Age of Global Socialism (Insha'allah).

Why do I say the next cycle could well be the last one we have to multiply our money?

Because in the longer term, there are 2 possibilities.

1) The anti-crypto people are right and coinz all go to zero.

2) The pro-crypto people are right and there is massive adoption by the world.

Wait, isn't that good? Not really. Understand this - the upside is only tremendous now because we are still climbing the adoption curve. If/When the day arrives where bitcoin has reached mass adoption, its market cap would be in the trillions (similar to gold).

Do you know anyone getting rich in the past 10 years buying gold? Neither do I.

By then, bitcoin would be behaving like digital gold (as a store-of-value), rather than a high growth tech stock where you can 10X your money.

So whichever thesis turns out to be correct, the party will eventually end.

(If you ask my personal opinion - the truth is probably somewhere in between. Crypto will remain a niche asset. BTC's market cap will probably max out after one or two more halving cycles. As a wild guess, I'd say around $4 trillion - which would put each BTC at $200k.)

Lots of folks asking about ASST and MSTR.

1) Fact is, today you have all the AI Tools to Learn and Obtain Information.

When I started in Crypto in 2016, all I had was a Mentor who was an Early Adopter of Bitcoin because he was a Political Refugee from a Muslim Country.

He needed a way to transport his wealth as he walked to the Mexican Border and sought Political Asylum in America.

(This was pre-Trump so pls don't try it now. Maybe after 2028 when AOC & El-Sayed are in Power.)

2) I'm usually wrong when it comes to short-term moves. Because nobody can predict short-term moves. All I can do is to provide you the Big Picture which should Enable you to Make Money.

I don't know whether MSTR or ASST will outperform but I expect my 50/50 allocation will, on average, double or triple the gains of BTC.

If you're already in, your only job now is to Chill and Wait for next 20 months until The Next Top (around March-May 2028).

3) I'm too Lazy to Explain why after following the 4-year Halving Cycles for 3 cycles (2016, 2020, 2024), I now expect the next cycle to finish as early as 1.5 years before the Expected Date (Sep 2029).

Just watch out for 2 things in 2028. Bitcoin Halving (estimated Mar-Apr 2028) and Super Tuesday Democratic Primary (Mar 2028) which would give a Clearer Picture whether AOC has a Chance of becoming the Next President.

I think the Prediction Markets are largely accurate. The only mispricing I can find is the Senate Race in Texas which we expect Ken Paxton (R) to win much more comfortably than the odds suggest. Democrats should also flip Ohio and hold Michigan much more comfortably than the odds suggest.

4 weeks after our entry (bigly) into Strategy & Strive, BTC has only been up 5 or 6%. Yet our stocks:

MSTR: +29%
ASST: +71%
Average: +50%

As said before, it won't be a straight line up.

We do have our Projections for "The Top" - Price Targets & Time Target (hint: much earlier than what we previously discussed here).

Unlike BTC, these bitcoin-related stocks are much harder to call the Top. We just have to take it one day at a time and be adaptable.

There are also various triggers that could speed up the timeline. One of which could be Orange Taco (Trump) announcing the US Govt buying into Strategy/Strive as a way to declare "Mission Accomplished" on his "Bitcoin Strategic Reserve" Campaign Promise. This is, of course, pure speculation. But we would give it a good 30% chance of it happening.

As a general rule, these stocks move much faster than BTC itself. Simply because stocks are forward-looking, and thus would already be pricing in *future* bitcoin prices. Thus, you would also expect them to top way before BTC tops (i.e. at $180k).

We might or might not publicly share our Price & Time Projections. As we are aware that some of our long-time followers have 7-figure positions by now, and would be more than happy to pay $5,000 for access to this Key Information - no-brainer since the difference between selling at an extra 10% or avoiding a 30% drop after the Top could easily mean making an extra 6-figure sum for them.
