Today's update to Telegram apps introduces a new kind of private communication. You can now "unsend" any message you sent or received in any private chat, anytime. You can also control when your messages link back to your account if forwarded. For good measure, we've also added an option to hide your profile picture from non-contacts.

Android users can now use emoji search to quickly find the yellow beasts they were looking for β€” and will get emoji suggestions for the first word they type in a message.

Both platforms also support improved sticker search β€” you can now find individual stickers based on the keywords for the relevant emoji.

All the important parts of our iOS app can now be accessed with VoiceOver and the Android app fully supports TalkBack.

Telegram's March 2019 Design Contest has ended - new activity charts may come soon
https://www.testingcatalog.com/report/amp/483

Last month Telegram announced a new design contest for developers from around the world. Their purpose has been to spice up the interest of some clever minds and give them a platform to showcase their fresh design and coding ideas, with the added benefit of giving them prizes and hiring them later down the line. The latter is perhaps, mostly applicable for winners who are good enough to pass all stages of the contest and prove themselves to be worthy, though job opportunities by other companies may come up too.
