What is civilization? Whose civilization prevales and dominantes the world?
Civilization is a bunch of some rules which were created by rich, powerful, influential persons for the benefit of society and some for their personal benefits to establish their dominance. Therefore, civilization belongs to clever, powerful, rich, and influential people. Some of them are cunning also. Powerless, poor people and general public follow them.
This has become quite evident in these days when whole world has adopted civilization of European and western countries, because they were rulers, colonises and till today they are very powerful, influential since last few hundred years. Due to there influence and power: rest of the world has adopted their civilization. Poor, powerless people have adopted habits (even some bad ones) and rules of powerful rich and influential people: which are Western Nations, Europe and America in current time.
In earlier times also poor and general public were doing same behaviour, but at smaller level because there was no media influence.
