Applications for the Urban Tech program are open. The opportunity of 54.350 EUR per startup. SMEs or start-ups entering the URBAN TECH program will develop a new or significantly improved service or product that addresses one of the challenges of URBAN TECH.

Are you innovating in the realm of urban tech?

Solutions from around the world are invited to apply. To be eligible, applicants must: 
- Be a legally registered business, civil society organization, or academic institution. 
- Present a solution that is beyond the idea stage (i.e., already piloted, implemented or validated with users). 
- Demonstrate readiness to facilitate the adaptation of their solutions in secondary cities in Armenia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, and/or Ukraine. 

Prior experience in these countries/region is an advantage but not required. 

If selected, you’ll have the chance to:
- Demo your solution at BOOST Discovery Days (19-21 October 2025), directly to city representatives.
- Match with cities facing real-world challenges.
- Receive tailored support to co-develop pilots and partnerships.
- Apply for up to US$30,000 in funding to adapt, pilot, or scale your solution in our partner cities in 2026.
