Y Combinator (YC) is a startup accelerator that provides early-stage companies with funding, advice from experienced founders, and introductions to investors. Its alumni include Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox, and DoorDash.
YC invests $500,000 in each accepted company in exchange for 7% ownership plus additional equity determined through future financing.
