Android 16: Dynamic Notification Island

In the Android 15 QPR1 Beta 3 test version, a new notification API allows apps to take up space in the status bar.

The dynamic notification island is expected to display information like alarm status, music currently playing, or updates from services like Uber or delivery tracking.

It seems that this feature is being prepared for the arrival of Android 16, as these QPR versions often serve as previews and feature enhancements for upcoming Android versions.
