It's not new regarding the depth effect on clocks with wallpaper on iOS, even HyperOS has something similar now. But, except for Google (Pixel), there's nothing like this yet.
However, it's possible to achieve this with root access through the Xposed module called "PixelXpert",
developed by siavash7999.
