Crypto Market Analysis and Update -

After hitting a new ATH , #BTC is in consolidation mode which can trigger a sideways action and possible a bigger movement after this weekend possibly upwards if other factors gets accomplished.

#BTC is marking the current support at $116,820 which is being tested multiple times in a week which is making that support a weak support so BTC has to stay above that support till this weekly close to mark a further uptrend. Next supports are $111600 , $107100 . BTC possible target for this leg is $144,000 with $150,000 can be a psychological barrier if breaks the above level. Technically it's all set to go up unless any negative fundamentals hit.

Bitcoin Dominance-
#BTC.D is now at 61.82 with supports being at 60.3, (strong) , 61.2 (neutral) and resistances at 62.1% which was broken last night but again getting below that now. 63% will be an important resistance for BTC.D . If BTC breaks $126k , we can possibly see rise in BTC dominance towards and above 63% which will then start cooling off once BTC reaches around $144k to let alts do it's run.

#ETH is still in bullish sentiment with a possible retest pending at $3330 zone. It can get to $5400 target in this run if fundamentals doesn't get negative.

#XRP and #BNB have already marked new ATH which snatched the most of dominance from BTC while #ETH dominance went from 9.36% to 11.7% in 2 weeks making it it's one of the fastest run in terms of dominance in recent history. This is suggesting that alts season is very nearby. #SOL and #LTC will should be the other safe bags to hold in this run along with #DOGE and #BNB , #ADA

Total marketcap has a strong resistance at $4T breaking which can mark a big breakout in crypto market first in BTC and alts will follow next. But for this another factor should support which is BTC marketcap which has strong resistance at $2.5T (possibly at $126k price of BTC) , $2.5T will be more important factor for market as once it gets broken then alts can start moving too as Altcoins marketcap had already broken $1.5T resistance and trading slightly below it now with new resistances being at $1.75T and $2T psychological resistance. Another important thing here is #ETH has almost 30% of that marketcap standing at $447B with its own resistance at $468B. Another 40% growth in #ETH more likely if BTC reaches the above mentioned target.

#ETH has resistances at $3780 , $3960.

The current market scenario is looking good for #ETH and top coins in beginning but once #BTC breaks the $126k , it can regain its dominance back. Big movements after weekly close are more likely.

We recommend to use proper risk management and avoid high leverage trades as there will be high volatility ahead.

#ETH is also now facing $450B resistance so risk management is important and avoid shorting if it breaks.

#BTC is approaching the support of $111,600.
$111,600 is a good support but if it breaks it then next destination is $107,100.

If it breaks down in this weekend then there will be a new CME gap created above which will be catalyst for a retest and probably a breakout further.

As mentioned in above deep analysis, #ETH pending retest of $3330 zone is also approaching simultaneously with #BTC support.

#ETH should not break the $3330 support, if it does and closes below that on any 6H candle then it can further approach to $3222 support which is a weak support.

So, as ETH has almost tested $3330 zone just now , it should maintain and hold this in order to not make bearish sentiment. Considering the support strength it can most likely hold this support.

Crucial for #BTC -

We have given the support levels above.

BTC is testing the $111600 exact support. If it breaks the support and closes below that on any 4H then it can approach the next support $107100 anytime.

So i expect it to bounce from this support as it's the first time that it's testing this support.

#BTC has broken down $111,600 support and 4H , 6H closed below that.

#BTC has a local support at $110,520 which is now playing important role and which if broken can lead #BTC downwards to the next support at $107,100

I recommend to trade only spot and avoid high leverage if any.

$111,600 is now weak resistance. If #BTC closes above this on 4H or any higher timeframe then again all things can go up.

Manage the risk.

#BTC is currently consolidating with negative volume indicating a possible movement downwards to the support 107,100$.

Currently it's making a good local support at 109,440$ and holding it , while resistance will be the same 111,600$ , 113,400$ . Things are little changed than the previous as now BTC needs to close above 112,500$ on daily for a continuous uptrend.

Positives - There is still a Fair Value Gap in 113,500$-114,000$ zone in #BTC price which is not yet tested so there is a possibility to test that zone once.

#BTC has tested the support successfully and bounced in it's first attempt.

It has bounced from $107,350 just above the support of $107,100.

BTC needs to reclaim the previous support turned resistance $109,440 to turn into a uptrend towards the above mentioned fair value gap value.

#BTC has resistance at $118260 and breaking out of this can run towards new ATH. It has to close above the $118350 on 6H or above timeframe candle for this new ATH run.

#BTC has finally closed above the required price. Let's see the reaction now.
Don't over-leverage trades as there will be massive liquidation wicks in both directions

As I said , closing above $118350 will lead #BTC to new ATH , it's now on the track for new ATH.

#BTC closing above 126090$ on daily candle can lead it towards our target 144k$

My bias for #BTC is still bullish.

Technically it is still bullish to our extended target of $144k .

Just before Trump's announcement, someone opened a big short position and made 80M$ profit with his/her newly created account.

From this you have to understand the things about the recent crash. I don't need to explain as you are wise enough to understand it.

Now it's very good opportunity but have to be done carefully.

I had given the condition when BTC can make new ATH.

As #Gold is dumping and there is possible rate cuts tomorrow by at least 25 BPS , this can let #BTC for a new ATH but I recommend to manage risk as you have seen the biggest liquidation already. Don't overtrade as 2 days from now will be totally fundamentally carried out.

Bought #BTC and #ETH and also added limit entries down .

Still in the range.

63k$ is very important support and #BTC and #ETH has sweeped the liquidity. Both should bounce from here. Failure to do that can invite the 55800$ liquidity zone . We have limit buy orders there too.

I will be looking to buy alts when #BTC crosses above $66600.

#BTC dumped more towards 2nd entry but couldn't fill . Targets are same. No changes.

Deep entries are for averaging so if it dumps then we eventually get better averages.

I was expecting 63k$ support to not fall but still there is not much change.

There is very good liquidity at 55800$ zone which can be sweeped too.

Last year there was around 250 days of solid consolidation between 54000$ to 71000$ zone before breaking out towards 110k$. So if it sweeps down there then it is a positive sign for a bullish further move..
