Something to Learn is presentation and maps. Diagrams haven't been drawn for the sake of it but as an integral part of answer. Second is about filling as much content as possible. Your quantity of content definitely matters along with quality. Don't just focus on one and leave the rest. Quantity, quality, diagrams, presentation - all are important.

Don't miss this opportunity. STI offers you conducive envi to stay and prepare.
This is an example of a case study. Rust belt in USA has become Urban decay. Detroit population is going down. Older factories and cities surrounding factories are getting abandoned. You can use it in Models like GP theory which says about a propulsive firm or criticize urbanization as after a point we abandon the place and move out to a lush green space only to destroy it and abandon after few centuries.
whenever you read something, think where can we use that content. This is a key for mains prep. When you're reading a para, think under which topic or which part of the syllabus or in which pyqp u can use it. If you dont find an answer, there's no point on reading that content. Read content judiciously so that you know where you have to use it. and note down these things in your micro notes also
There are some tests which by seeing, one comes to know that the answers are mugged up and written. this one is such poor quality answer writing focussing on a few theories and repeating the same in every answer. Kindly avoid this style whatever ur guru has said it to u. I know from whose notes, the content has been taken but my kind advice is that, DON'T follow the advice. Dont think that toppers have followed ur guru's notes and that's why they've cleared the exam.

A small compiliation to show how Diagrams can also be drawn and filled with contents to enrich ur answers. But you need a lot of practice. I could do this in my 3rd atttempt, after writing 2 mains and countless test series to master it. SO practice well in this attempt.
I had a scale and when I have to draw world map, i'll draw a horizontal line. keep it as equator and draw the rest. These are certain presentation techniques
Wishing everyone a very happy and a Prosperous New year 😊
