We’re building a scalable marketplace platform and looking for a TECH LEAD who enjoys solving complex problems, designing clean architectures, and leading by example.
You’ll be responsible for overall development structures including Backend, Frontend and DevOps
Our technology stack
• Frontend: Nextjs
• Backend: Nodejs fastify
• Database: PostgreSql (Prisma)
• DevOps: Github actions, Docker
• Cloud: AWS, Servercore, Vercel
What you’ll do
• Develop and maintain backend services and give guidance to Junior developers (Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL)
• Build modern, responsive UIs (React, Next.js, TypeScript)
• Design and evolve the system architecture of new features together with the team
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployments (GitHub Actions, Docker)
• Review code, mentor developers, and guide best practices
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to ship great features
What we’re looking for
• 4+ years of professional experience in web development
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript
• Solid experience with React or Next.js on the frontend
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Comfortable working with Docker, Nginx, and basic DevOps setups
• Clear communication, initiative, and ownership mindset
• English B2+ (for communication with international teammates)
Russian language fluently
Nice to have
• Background in e-commerce or marketplace projects
• Previous mentoring or team-lead experience

We are seeking a disciplined, high-output Lead Fullstack Engineer (Implementation & Delivery) to drive the execution and hardening of our agentic platform. Talablar: Python/Django: production'da kamida 2 yil,Django ORM, PostgreSQL, REST API, Celery +Redis HTML, CSS, Tailwind, HTMX, Alpine.js (React yo'q) AI vositalari (Claude Code, Cursor) bilan ishlash va natijani o'zi tekshirish
Ingliz tilida aniq yozish
Afzallik: Multi-tenant SaaS, Docker tajribasi
Ish sharoiti: offline yoki remote . suhbat asnosida bilamiz.
Maosh: 8mln -15mln tajribaga qarab muhokama qilinadi. Yuqori malakali mutaxasiis uchun yuqori maosh.
