Tess Talks with Dr Jessica Rose: The covid genetic vaccine pharmacovigilance data and why warriors cry

➨ drtesslawrie.substack.com/p/tess-talks-with-warrior-jessica-rose

Dr Jessica Rose is a Canadian researcher with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and a master’s degree in immunology. She also holds a PhD in computational biology and two postdoctoral degrees in molecular biology and chemistry.

Over the past two years she has been studying the US’ Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) data and sounding the alarm about Covid-19 vaccine harms. In this frank and open conversation, we compare notes on what we’re seeing in pharmacovigilance databases and what the vaccines are actually doing to people. It’s a challenging topic but it does hold a message of hope for the future.

For more about Jessica, you can visit her website and her Substack.

It's Day 3 of the WCH Breathe Better Challenge!

Today we're trying Equal Breathing.

The Science:
Equal breathing engages your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you to achieve relaxation. Many use it if they are struggling to get to sleep.

Preparation:
Sit down in a comfortable position.

Technique:
1. Breathe in and out through your nose.
2. Count your inhale and make sure your exhale last the same count. E.g if your inhale is 5 seconds, make your exhale 5 seconds also.
3. You can take a short pause between each inhale and exhale if this is helpful
4. Repeat for as long as desired.

How did it feel?

It's Day 4 of the WCH Breathe Better Challenge!

Today we're trying Alternate Nostril Breathing.

The Science:
Alternate nostril breathing works under the understanding that breathing through the left nostril increases activity in the right side of your brain, while the right nostril increases activity in the left. While the right side of our brains is responsible for emotions and creativity, the left side is responsible for logic and language. By breathing through both sides equally, you help stimulate and balance both sides of your brain.

Preparation:
Sit down with your legs crossed or in a chair if easier.

Technique:
1. Place your left hand facing up on your left knee.
2. Bring your right hand up to your face and place the second and third finger on your third eye
3. Breathe fully out, then close your right nostril with your thumb.
4. Breathe in through your left nostril and then use your fourth finger to close the left nostril and open the right.
5. This time breathe out fully through your right nostril and then in again through your right nostril
6. Close the right nostril and open the left and repeat breathing fully out and in with the left nostril
7. Continue until you feel more balanced.

How did it feel?

Please note that you may find it harder to breathe through one nostril if you are out of balance. Be patient with yourself and do your best unless it is completely blocked, in which case try one of the other breathing exercises from the challenge and come back to this another day.

It's Day 5 of the WCH Breathe Better Challenge!

Today we're trying Pursed Lip Breathing.

The Science:
Pursed lip breathing has shown to strengthen the lungs with regular practice. This technique focuses on slowing your breaths and emptying stale air from your lungs. This is beneficial for those struggling with chronic lung diseases.

Preparation:
Sit up straight or lie in a comfortable spot for this exercise.

Technique:
1. Breathe in for a count of two through the nose
2. Breathe out through pursed lips for a count of 4. This should always be double the in breath. So if you breathe in for 4 seconds breathe out for 8.
3. Repeat as desired.

How did it feel? Have you tried this before?

What’s More Important, You or Your Fear?

Fear. You know it. You’ve felt it. But do you really know fear? How do you know you’re afraid?

There are some theories that suggest we are born with a handful of fears. Some theories say only two—loud noises and fear of falling. Some say they are all learned. It’s as if the number of fears is a way to suggest that you have control over some, but not others.

So what is fear really? Ultimately, it’s about you feeling safe.

No Indication to Support Suggestions of a Marburg Pandemic

The World Council for Health is continuously monitoring the emergence of new and old diseases around the world with potential for health concerns. Recent news from Ghana has confirmed two cases of Marburg virus, which were reported by Ghana Health Service on Monday, July 18, 2022. Two people diagnosed with Marburg on July 10, 2022, have since died. According to the WHO, more than 90 contacts have been identified and are being monitored at this time. No new cases have been detected, according to the Ghana Health Service.

The WHO raised the concern of the Marburg virus as a future pandemic in August 2021, a notion first proposed by VaccinesWork, a platform hosted by the Bill Gates-funded Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, in April 2021.

WCH continues to carefully monitor the occurrence of Marburg, Monkeypox, and other specific health threats highlighted by the WHO. WCH emphasizes that there currently exists no indication to support potential calls for a new pandemic associated with the Marburg virus.
