Position: Data Engineer
Location: Dubai (Hybrid, Full-time)

We’re looking for a Data Engineer to join a rapidly growing proprietary trading firm, someone who’s excited to build data and trading infrastructure entirely from scratch.

What You’ll Do:
1. Build & maintain real-time and historical data pipelines (tick/order book/trade data)
2. Design and optimize databases for large-scale time-series data
3. Manage cloud-based environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
4. Build APIs, automate infrastructure, and support research & trading workflows

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of experience in data engineering, backend, or infra roles (trading/fintech preferred)
- Strong skills in Python & SQL
- Experience with Kafka, Airflow, or Spark
- Good understanding of Linux, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with exchange APIs and time-series databases
