Wouldn't say that stocks are bearish, but that chart is losing bullish momentum and in case of drop below 3888 will continue lower to ~3800-3850.
Oil definitely going lower. New wave of lockdowns push it down.
Dollar Index rising forming an uptrend. Yet early to confirm it but moving averages are all grouping upwards so that will make stocks/crypto life harder.

Dollar Index show USD strength. When it grows other currencies including Bitcoin have hard times to grow.
Lets take a look at 2 weeks Dollar Index chart. Now growing towards 93.4-93.9 resistance. If current 2 weeks candle close same bullish next candle will easily get to the target zone. We may only hope it will be rejected there cause next strong resistance at 96.5

Since I've mentioned stocks and DXY here are their charts. Stocks are really bullish. Dollar Index dropped below 2017-2018 yearly close at 92.28 (main resistance at 92.5), but in future might reverse back up unless lose 92 support. If that happen, DXY will continue down to ~91 and stocks/crypto fly to the moon.
Also keep an eye on gold. While above 1730 keep good chances for breakout towards 1777 - 1800 😉
