Bearish scenario didn't happen, but bullish only got to fair value gap at 4120. So far S&P500 is under March close and we are waiting for New York session to show us the way.

Stops above 4120 can provide liquidity for shorts from ~4127-4129.
Same as stops below 4069 for longs from ~4041-4044.

S&P500 almost fully closed the gap I was targeting with a short. I ain't perfect, so my short is closed already. But it would be better to hold it a little longer with stop above 4485 🤔

SPX broken bullish structure on higher timeframes so if that correction continues I believe we may expect it to go down to 4390-4410 and 4345-4360 zones

For new short entries I'd look for 4510-4515 and 4530

Update for S&P500 short trade. Third target at 4440 nearly hit - price stopped at 4442 👌🏼

Zoom in 1H chart - yesterday's dump left a gap at 4489-4496. That will be the target for future upward moves.

Long from here has bad RR, so not taking it. Gap will be watched for potential new short entry. Alarm is set and will appear here automatically on price cross of 4489.

Stock indexes were dumping two days in a row. Yesterday crossed August low.

Today is Friday, so theoretically we may see a bounce, so that week candle don't close without any lower tail (that happens very rarely). But as there are no signs of that bounce yet, before it happen SPX can drop lower. So these are possible scenarios:

1) SPX wipe out stops below 4328 and close above it - chart remain bearish
2) Less visible now - wipe stops below 4328 and close above 4356 - next week close gap at 4375-4001
3) Ultra bearish - continue dumping towards 4235

I believe that 1st scenario is almost guaranteed, and there is a small chance for the second. But until SPX find acceptance back above 4400 we are witnessing correction stage where 4180-4230 is the minimum mid-term target

Some info to consider:
* All stock indices closed this day with a dump.
* Before that Nasdaq and Dow made new ATH and currently above 2022 open. SPX got stopped under same level.
* Nine days till this year close - above 2022 open will be bullish.

So from higher timeframe charts look pretty bullish. But the dump happened and there must be a reason. So short term expect either indices to revisit at least middle of last week body (e.g. NDX ~16346) and after that either bounce for bullish breakout or collapse towards swing equilibrium (e.g. NDX ~15460)
