Whoa! That was an interesting market open 😎 Straight into the gap, creating another gap ))

Gold hit second target and so far bouncing at July open at 1919 (which I originally took for 2nd TP).

Maybe bounce back to developing Year VWAP. Maybe drop lower. DXY has a chance to close back below May high, so if it does, XAU will bounce. In any case this trade is already secured at breakeven. The following days will show if we add more or flip into long.

EURUSD dipped below developing Year VAL and after spending almost 4 days there returned back above VAL. Looks amazing how it bounces from VAL to 2022 close and back. I believe that whatever will be the breakout that will be the direction for the following weeks. By breakout I don't mean just getting above or below certain level, but closing there, forming a strong impulse candle on that move.

Stock indexes were dumping two days in a row. Yesterday crossed August low.

Today is Friday, so theoretically we may see a bounce, so that week candle don't close without any lower tail (that happens very rarely). But as there are no signs of that bounce yet, before it happen SPX can drop lower. So these are possible scenarios:

1) SPX wipe out stops below 4328 and close above it - chart remain bearish
2) Less visible now - wipe stops below 4328 and close above 4356 - next week close gap at 4375-4001
3) Ultra bearish - continue dumping towards 4235

I believe that 1st scenario is almost guaranteed, and there is a small chance for the second. But until SPX find acceptance back above 4400 we are witnessing correction stage where 4180-4230 is the minimum mid-term target

Gold got to the 4th target zone. Pretty much oversold, but no price signs for reversal (obviously too early to talk about it here). But we may expect a bounce. Nearest target is developing year VAL around 1890

Gold went further down. Landed to 2022 close and bullish order block from February 2023.

If the following days we will see a nice upclose candle, preferably with bullish engulfing, it will be a first sign for long scalp (take advantage of dead cat bounce). Possible targets are 1843 / 1863 / 1882 and 2020 close at 1898.
