Just a confirmation for previous posts - both SP500 and DXY made what we expected.

Now we want to see stocks bounce and DXY to pull back to 93.2. That short term move can take 1-2 days. Relief rally for stocks and crypto. And I don't want to look further. Previously stocks always bounced and kept on growing, but since mid of July I monitor bearish divergence on daily SP500 chart which gives me a warning signal this time can be different. And that is the factor that keep me cautious in crypto as well.

P.S. My long for SP500 at PrimeXBT opened at av.cost 4358. Will give it some time.

SP500 made new ATH. Dollar Index pulling back to 92.35-92.1, so overall market look bullish.

Stocks are doing traditional cycle dive to 55 EMA on daily. The difference this time is that we can see second leg started on Friday and that is a worry factor. I have a feeling that if it won't bounce from 4400 we might see it dump through that support down to 4370.

At the same time Dollar Index finally found ground at 233 EMA and breaking out 93.2 resistance. This may confirm reversal from downtrend and potentially lead to uptrend. Maybe forming an uptrend will take more time but signs of it are visible and clear.

Keep that in mind when longing anything against dollar. Unless asset has strong trend better not bet against DXY.

As you can see stocks are dumping hard. It started on Friday and since then index has lost 2.47% (out from 3.95% from ATH) which is huge for two days. Now at 4374 SR and potentially close to my favorite "dead cat bounce" effect. But no confirmation for it yet - no bullish engulfing candle or long lower wick with volume. So early to jump in. Once we see at least at 4H chart signs for bears running out of steam it will be a signal for temporary bounce. Then we will plan our long scalps and swing shorts.

Dollar Index at 93.45 resistance and the edge of breakout. If rejected we will see it back to ~92.86. That will be the last moment to exit longs and enter shorts at the best prices. And I'm talking about all - crypto, forex and stocks.

These are two stocks I want to buy at POC in case global market dumps. If market won't dump that low - higher. US lifted restrictions on incoming international flights for vaccinated, and I saw my Lufthansa stocks bounce. Lifted restrictions here, the other stocks may bounce like Carnival or Royal Caribbean International. Possible cinema giants will also get a slice of that bullishness.
