Stock indexes were dumping two days in a row. Yesterday crossed August low.

Today is Friday, so theoretically we may see a bounce, so that week candle don't close without any lower tail (that happens very rarely). But as there are no signs of that bounce yet, before it happen SPX can drop lower. So these are possible scenarios:

1) SPX wipe out stops below 4328 and close above it - chart remain bearish
2) Less visible now - wipe stops below 4328 and close above 4356 - next week close gap at 4375-4001
3) Ultra bearish - continue dumping towards 4235

I believe that 1st scenario is almost guaranteed, and there is a small chance for the second. But until SPX find acceptance back above 4400 we are witnessing correction stage where 4180-4230 is the minimum mid-term target

Gold got to the 4th target zone. Pretty much oversold, but no price signs for reversal (obviously too early to talk about it here). But we may expect a bounce. Nearest target is developing year VAL around 1890

Gold went further down. Landed to 2022 close and bullish order block from February 2023.

If the following days we will see a nice upclose candle, preferably with bullish engulfing, it will be a first sign for long scalp (take advantage of dead cat bounce). Possible targets are 1843 / 1863 / 1882 and 2020 close at 1898.

GOLD entering FVG - if get rejected from ~1885 its a short with min target at 1865 and potential extension down to 1836. Not setting blind limit orders, will watch it live (if lucky to have time for this).

If break through that gap next zone of interest is around 2020 close and Q3 VAL

Gold reached developing year VWAP and now consolidates under it. So we can see bear order block at 1926-1932 where price will push once again. The rest depends on PA there. Either rejection that will lead to cover gap under 1900, or breakout.

In case of breakout next important value is around 1940 (Aug close), 1953 (Sep high) and 1959 (2021 high).

Gold hit short entry and dipped to 1953.635 from there for R1.67

Gold outperformed stocks greatly, and only this week started losing momentum, but the bullish structure is not broken, so it can grow higher. Therefore original short entry is rather risky now. If you didn't take profit on the first dip might be worth closing it here at breakeven or at least moving stop above 2010.

I expect XAU to push for re-test of 2002-2005 and either wick higher to ~2050 or get rejected there and start correction to 1940-1915 - that zone will be good for new longs

Dollar Index still consolidates above breakout zone. That means that while price is above potential bounce and pump higher remains valid.
